I have owned some pieces from this company for several years but have changed sized. I went in to return dresses I had purchased online, and I was helped to find dresses in the store that were half off. I like the quality of clothing for the price, and the sales associate was really helpful

I Was impressed with this store. They have beautiful pieces as reasonable prices. The quality of the pieces were wonderful and the styles were classy. I will definitely be back to.

Well once again no one asked to help me, I wasn’t even greeted. After going around the store for a long time, I asked if I could try on a pair of pants. The clerk was polite and showed me to a dressing room. The pants weren’t flattering. Bottom line to me, the store hasn’t changed much in customer service. It’s poor. I’m a average built, size 6 to 8 pant, medium top and a 10 or large jacket. The inventory of jackets was mostly 0, 00’s. I’ve resorted to buying online if I want anything.

First of all the vibes here are great. The tiles on the floor give a great feel. Great selection of clothes and jewelry. Great deals/sales. But what really sets this store apart from the other stores in this mall is Cheryl. She was very knowledgeable, kind, and a very bright light about her. She deserves some recognition! Thank you Cheryl.

I have never been treated so rudely because I brought my child in the store with me. My 2 year old son touched a pair of sunglasses, my mom was holding his hand and told him “no” immediately but we were told he had to leave the store. I talked to the manager and she apologized but nothing was done to make it right. So sad because I have loved their clothes for years.

Tried to return something and was told they don't do returns without receipts. After not being able to find the receipt I checked their return policy online to give out they do take returns without a receipt. After returning to the store I was then told by the same lady that all returns max out so my $220 jacket would only give me $35 store credit. I asked her where there policy states that she says it's just the system so I'll have to come back with my receipt. I asked her to run it anyways because I wanted to see and it rang up for $110. This type of behavior is incredibly unprofessional and deceiving. This was arrive 3:30 Jan 19. I hope you guys talk to her about this. I don't think I'll ever come back but maybe you guys can stop this behavior before it puts you out of business

Today was my first time to the mall since the pandemic started and so I was a bit nervous about what it was going to be like and what safety protocols would be in place etc. I am pleased to report that not only was the WHBM store in pristine condition, but also the staff members were such a delight. Both Lauren and Kate were extremely helpful and personable.

I will start by saying I like this company and their merchandise. I think the clothing is good quality and they have great sales. However, the store at Fashion Place Mall is not the place to do your shopping. I had purchased a sweater but removed the tag before trying it on. I did not like the fit, so I went to return it to the store. I was told by the sales woman that they would not accept any returns with a tag removed. It was obvious that the garment had not been worn, I had record of the purchase and there was no reason not to honor the return. She gave me some kind of reply like "I am just a front end person " and that if I tried to attach the tag and then return it again she said " she had better not be working." I purchase things regularly from this company, and I was very surprised to be treated this way. I knew that if I contacted the company they would honor the return, and of course they did. Clearly there needs to be some better training and customer service with the people you are dealing with at the boutiques We wonder why people do not want to shop in stores, and would just prefer to buy things online. This is a prime example of why to avoid retail spaces.

The employees here are the best. I bought a very nice jacket at an amazing discount. The compliments and kindness felt very genuine and I didn't feel pressure to spend money that I didn't want to spend.

This location has done a 180° turn for the better! 90% of the sales girls from the last few years have been replaced and it is so much fun to shop here now. The stylists are fun, attentive and knowledgeable. They went above and beyond to find me the perfect things for my body type and personal style. It felt like shopping with friends.

This was my first time shopping at White House Black Market, Lauren the manger went above and beyond to help me find some good work clothes. She spent about an hour helping me, grabbing different sizes, finding things that she thought would look good on my body type, taking back the things that didn’t work... I ended up finding a lot of great things! Thanks Lauren
