Worst experience. First off let me just remind people that KINDNESS goes a long way. An associate with short black hair and glasses was disrespectful and rude to my 72 year old mom. My mom opened a perfume box to smell the perfume because there was no tester. She said to my mom in a snappy rude tone “don’t open the box” treating my mother like a child. She continued to be rude & disrespectful towards us. My mom was shaking because it was so rude. It is completely understandable if that’s the store policy, but how you talk to people matters. She could have said the same thing in a respectful kind way.

Just returned two items yesterday, the cashier didn't process one of them. Now I have to deal with customer service. What a disappointment!

I don't think I have ever shared a bad review in my life, but this couldn't go ignored. I ordered 16 items off of Zara's website (you can imagine the price) and three boxes were supposed to be delivered. Only two were delivered out of the three. When I contacted Zara, they told me they had no resolution and when I called the carrier, they told me to contact Zara. I am only writing this to warn you when ordering off of Zara. I have had stuff not delivered with other stores before and without hesitation, they resent the items. But with Zara, they don't care about their customers and didn't offer to resend the items or give me a refund, so I basically threw money away. I will never order from Zara again.

Femboy friendly. No issues for a Femboy in here. They have nice long wool coats, which interest me, but I want one in purple.

Expensive but Cheap. Clothes will not last. My wife bought a pare of pants for my son yesterday. He wore them to party at fat cats. Within an hour of normal wear for a 10 year old, they tore. He was running with his friends. The store will not stand behind faulty products. They sell poor quality clothing. Staff. Their customer service is terrible.

The WORST customer service I’ve ever been apart of. The manager was so unbelievably unprofessional & unhelpful. They could not care less about helping the customer. There is absolutely no chance I’ll ever buy from Zara again. Be warned

BEWARE. Their dressing room curtains don't close. I cannot tell you the amount of naked people I saw changing as I passed them to get to my dressing room. The curtain doesn't close and then they have mirrors on all sides so it leaves nothing to the imagination. It's really bad. I sat and held mine closed the whole time I was getting dressed so I wasn't exposed like everyone else. I don't know how they haven't been in trouble for this yet, it's insane. I've been literally twice and this has been my experience both times, so you KNOW the employees know about this and just aren't doing anything. It's disgusting. I also spent so much money here just to have my clothes fall apart after a couple wears. Not worth it.

Why is Zara never open on time. Every other store is open and it’s 11:04 and Zara is still closed. Employees consistently act as though they are inconvenienced by shoppers. Zara is so poorly run I’m shocked they stay in business!

Murray store is always messy! I usually order online, but will no longer do so, as the return process is a joke! Sorry, but you should allow your customers an option to do one free return per order within your return timeframe, like every online store. Based on other reviews, it looks like you're losing customers, including myself over a ridiculous $4.95 return fee.
