I love the clothes but can be pricey, sometimes have sales. Usually during holiday time. I did have 1 bad experience when i tried on a boot there was a security tag on the bottom of the inside which the needle stabbed my foot and made me bleed and was kinda limping for a week or so

HORRIBLE customer service! The reason their lines are so damn long is because they have to tag every article of clothing that’s being returned instead of returning the items, letting the customer leave, and having another employee tag the returned clothes so the cashier can take the next customer to make a purchase or return. Their lines are always way too long. Their employee processes need to change or they’ll continue to have angry customers.

BAD EXPERIENCE!The service is terrible, The lady didn’t help me to find what i needed, she just said “it’s too dark at back and don't know if I'm going to find them so i’m doing you a favor” hahahah what? she was so rude.However she brought me another pair of shoes and she told “that’s the only one i saw, is toooo dark inside”

This place has the best style & decent prices. I’m glad I made the trip out here! The self checkouts were awesome! I was looking around for a barcode scanner & couldn’t find one, but the screen told me to put the sweaters in the basket. So I did, and they instantly popped up on the screen! It was a magic robot barcode-free experience. Go!

This store is pretty standard as far as Zara stores go. Lots of different clothing items to choose from with plenty of staff roving around if you need anything. At the time that I went we didn’t get anything but were taken care of and were able to get a good browsing session in.

Couldn’t pay me to shop with this “company” again. Worst return policy. Bought a pair of slacks 5 days ago. Button fell right off before I even had a chance to wear them publicly. Went straight to the store with the receipt and card I used. They wouldn’t EXCHANGE the failed and poorly manufactured merchandise for an exact replacement because the tags on the waste of the pant were removed. Which they are clearly marked to be removed. This company is out to steal from its customers.

I went in their looking for an outfit for travel, there was nobody there to greet me, or assist me. Being a middle age women I felt ignored by the staff there as if I was too old to shop there, I'm a very stylish woman ( genX) and I love clothes, and take care of my body and fashion. I was dissapointed that the younger girls working there lumped me in with "frumpy old ladies" and basically I felt invisible. I love their fashions, and will shop online vs in person... Sorry not sorry!

I hope that this store will have more modest clothing. Only during fall time I can find something. I am from Europe and love European looking clothing which is so hard to find in Utah. However, I wish there would be more choices for me. Their online store needs to do better at notifying customers if their items are out of stock. I ordered pants and was very excited to get them. However, after about two weeks I learned by contacting their customer service that I will not receive my pants. I truly hope that Zara will not be closed as it is the only European looking affordable store. They just need to improve.

Had a terrible experience here last weekend. I came into the store, looking for a dress that I had tried on the day before and regrettably did not end up buying. So I came back the next day (drove 30 minutes). I asked an associate if she would be able to check if they still had it in my size, to which she responded “we’re actually really busy today so we aren’t doing size checks. It’s just whatever we have on the floor.” I thought it was a little bit strange since I’ve never gotten a response like that before but I just said OK that’s fine I understand, because to be fair, there was a lot of back to school shopping going on. However, as soon as she turned around another woman asked her to size check a pair of jeans for her and she immediately said yes, and came back a few minutes later to let her know that they did not have the size that she was looking for. I’m not sure if this was a race thing, considering that I am Hispanic, and the woman that I asked was white or if she perhaps thought I would handle a “no” better than the other women. However, I have shopped at Zara for years and never had an experience like this previously so this put a completely bad taste in my mouth in regards to the company culture of this particular store.

Was 20 minutes before their closing time and yet the employee told us "they aren't allowed to let anybody in". Clearly the employees care more about getting off work as early as possible more than their customers.

I've been standing in line for THIRTY MINUTES and there were only FIVE people in front of me. There is only one guy working and truly it's like they train their workers to move as bloody slow as humanly possible. I want to poke my eyeballs out. I am truly trying to fathom how this is even possible that a line I moving this slow.Edit: I got to the front and he sent me to a different line because he couldn't get me my online order even tho my order says I can get it from any line. I am now in the line on the men's side and it's been TEN minutes and ONE person has been helped. I would rather cut my off my legs than come to this Zara again.

Today at Zara, it was a bit hectic with the crowds for the sale. A sales associate named Kaylee was a rockstar helping me out with my nieces. We found the cutest pieces thanks to her assistance. Thank you! I haven’t shopped here before but I will in the future if the rest of the team is even half as helpful.
