Bridget(the old manager) told me they had promotions on phones and I would get $3000.00 off the purchase price! On 3 phones Well it turns out verizon tells me thier was no promotion. Looks like Bridget lied to us to to sell more phones. because she got a bonus for selling more phones. I have filed fraud charges against Bridget and Russell cellular this is the scam after you have paid your money for the taxes and ask gor the receipt she says the printer is down this happened at the ephraim store same owners also tried to get paper work printed up at the nephi store they would not do it

Sent my son in for his upgrade and Charlene took care of him, did an amazing job getting my son all set up with his new phone. Fast, friendly and knowledgeable service at this store every time, we will always go to this store!

This store offers amazing customer service. I recommend it to people all the time! Charlene is the best. She is always very thorough & covers all my questions. Even when I can't get down to the store, she quickly answers any questions I have on the phone!

I got an 800$ rebate to upgrade my phone back in January. I was told it would take two more bills for it to show the rebate. I'm now six months in and my bill has still not been fixed. I've called multiple times on this matter and even talked to the store manager. They tried telling me i had to upgrade my plan in order to get the rebate but that was not actually the case, im sure they were just trying to do some more price gouging. Last i heard my bill would be fixed last month but still nothing has changed. I have tried calling again and just end up sitting on hold forever and nobody answers the phones. Very disappointed how things are handled at this location.

I bought my new S22 here recently, and they couldn't have been more helpful. And when I had to go back to fix a personal mess up, they were able to get me up and running in just a few minutes. I highly recommend this store!

I have always had great experiences with Russell Cellular locations and this was no exception the team at the Nephi Utah branch went over the top. Constantly friendly. My phone had broken the night before and they did absolutely everything in their power to help me. Even staying 30 minutes after closing and tirelessly helping me for a combined 3 hours without missing a beat on the customer service. I have and will recommend this place to anybody who is interested if i could give it more stars I would.

Jennifer was a pleasure to work with, she knew exactly what to recommend for me. I'm not real Savvy with a lot of complicated phones and she was just a pleasure to work with we talked about a lot of things she's very easy to talk to we didn't talk and make anyone wait for service. There was no other customer, so we visited more than we would have normally done she was a pleasure, very easy to feel comfortable being there and I was real happy with her recommendation and I appreciate the service

Charlene was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. I was a walking customer whose cell phone had come apart, and needed help. She provided it.
