Gordon's Ace Hardware is a locally owned and operated store that is part of the community and committed to being "the Helpful Place." The store is very nice, well stocked, clean, and has a great selection with a wide variety of products, including awesome vintage toys. It has an excellent layout and is in an awesome, convenient location. Many find it cheaper on most things compared to other large hardware stores and note it has most things people need. The employees are exceptional, great, helpful, attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. They offer amazing customer service and personal service, are always willing to help, and are most often able to direct customers to specific items. They are on the ball, patient, incredibly helpful, and kind, ensuring customers feel neither neglected nor rushed. The store provides a very satisfying shopping experience from the moment customers walk in the door until they exit.
The staff was helpful and guided me to what I needed to pick up. I was in and out within 10 minutes.

I needed rain ponchos in a hurry for an outside concert nearby. I ran in, the girl at cash told me which aisle they were, and another (English originally) lady took me to them. Great customer service. Thank you, ladies. (From this English woman who now lives in Canada).
