My husband and I are usually in Ace just about every Saturday picking up stuff for the house, yard, or whatever project we have going on. They've got a great selection, an excellent layout, and they're in an awesome location. The employees are great, but we wanted to give a special shout-out to Scott. There have been countless times Scott has been the first to help us, whether it's finding what we need, getting product information, or accessing something that requires an employee's help. Hands down, Scott is always friendly, on the ball, and the first to be willing to help us. Just this last Saturday, we needed chain cut, and he had to dig through the entire box to find the end link. He patiently made sure we had what we needed, was incredibly helpful and kind, and once we were on our way to the checkout counter, he was already helping someone else who needed him. He notices where he's needed and doesn't waste time getting there, but he has never made us feel neglected or rushed when he's helping us. Not sure how he does it.
He's also one of the most knowledgeable and has never steered us wrong. Hang on to this guy, Ace! He's an incredible employee.

I have been a customer at this Ace for over a year and spend around $10k. Today was a sunny day so I rode my Sur-Ron over and have a small day bag (since I don’t have my car). They made me either leave it upfront or leave.As much as I loved going here (although I paid more for for most items), I’ll be going to Home Depot or Lowe’s from now on

Very nice, well stocked, clean store with wide variety of products. They even have awesome vintage toys! Employees are helpful and attentive.

I already go to Ace before anywhere else for the items I can purchase there. Friendly staff. Most employees know where to direct you when you ask where a specific item can be located. There's nothing worse than being at a retail location and asking an employee a question such as wear something is or if they carry this or that and they answer...I don't know. I'm not going to say this is never happened at this store but for the most part I can say I'm very satisfied from the time I walk in the door get what I need check out and exit the store.

The employees are exceptional!Arriving right at closing but needing dog food badly (out of food and have 4 big dogs). I called and let them know I was coming. They had 2 big bags waiting at the register and held the door open for me. AMAZING customer service.

Helpful employees, a large variety of things on sale in every department. Would have been nicer if they had more sizes in the shoes but it is almost Christmas and they were all 50% or more off. Store is clean and well organized.
