I was really disappointed with the service here. I live an hour and a half away, so before making the trip, I called to confirm they had a specific VFD in stock. I also made it clear that I was coming from a long distance. The person on the phone assured me they had the item, so I drove to the store.
When I arrived, the same person informed me that they had just sent me an email saying the item wasn’t actually in stock—only 10 minutes before I arrived. This was extremely frustrating, as a timely response could have saved me a wasted trip.
To make things right, I asked if they would offer a similar but more expensive item at the price I was originally quoted, but they refused. Given the inconvenience and lack of proactive communication, I can’t recommend this place based on my experience.
