“My husband and I are usually in Ace just about every Saturday picking up stuff for the house, yard, or whatever project we have going on. They've got a great selection, an excellent layout, and they're in an awesome location. The employees are great, but we wanted to give a special shout-out to Scott. There have been countless times Scott has been the first to help us, whether it's finding what we need, getting product information, or accessing something that requires an employee's help. Hands down, Scott is always friendly, on the ball, and the first to be willing to help us. Just this last Saturday, we needed chain cut, and he had to dig through the entire box to find the end link. He patiently made sure we had what we needed, was incredibly helpful and kind, and once we were on our way to the checkout counter, he was already helping someone else who needed him. He notices where he's needed and doesn't waste time getting there, but he has never made us feel neglected or rushed when he's helping us. Not sure how he does it. He's also one of the most knowledgeable and has never steered us wrong. Hang on to this guy, Ace! He's an incredible employee.”
