Lazy must be the new trend my truck was parked 15-20 ft away from the mail box and I got a notification saying no access to delivery location. Your job is to deliver mail. I get my mail once a week maybe because of this!

I had to last-minute order a package from Amazon, that I needed for tomorrow. I got a notification that USPS attempted to deliver and ran into an issue. We've had issues getting mail in the past, due to a car that was too close to the mail box. They delivered to the neighbors, whose box is in the same brick box stand. The truck outside is parked maybe 25 feet away. This is petty and intentional at this point.

The mailpersons that work here are absolutely a disgrace. If a vehicle is even close to blocking a mailbox, even if people are standing outside, they will just drive on by. I had a package that was supposed to be delivered, I was outside talking to my friend who was parked in front of the mailbox, she drove by looking at us, and a couple minutes later I got an email saying the package was delivered... it was absolutely insane. If I hadn't been home, I would have assumed someone stole it off my porch... I picked up my package the next day and the person at the counter was incredibly rude and indifferent. I've had problem after problem with this office. What a joke. Defund the USPS.

Absolutely destroyed my package because it was too big for my mailbox. Doesn’t matter to them that it won’t fit because they just shoved it in.To make matters worse they just said oh sorry Amazon is good about replacing things that are damaged by the post office. They take no responsibility for the disrespect of your packages. All they care about is not having to walk to your porch.

If there was 0 star, I would have given her one. Tammy delivered the absolute worst service ever. Demeaning, rude and cruel.Service is as on a Monday morning at approximately 8:45 a.m.

They don't deliver past the elementary school! So any residents & businesses past the elementary school are forced to pay for a PO Box?!

I wish we could give a zero star rating... I have had nothing but problems with the Nephi usps. If you have a car anywhere near your mailbox they will use that as an excuse to not deliver your mail even if there is ten feet between the mailbox and your vehicle. If your mailbox is on your porch they will refuse to walk the distance of your driveway to deliver your mail. I had a package that was due yesterday and the reason they did not deliver it was because my truck was in my drive way and because of that they would not walk the package to my porch! Here is there statement details on the package:6:22 PMDelivery attempted - Front door / Driveway was not accessibleNephi, UT USNever met a more lazy service provider in my lifetime!

I also have had nothing but problems with them refusing to deliver my mail because my car is parked 8 feet from my mailbox. Nothing is in front of my mailbox. Apparently they need to be able to drive right up to it like a drive up window. Very lazy indeed.

My package was stuffed into a community box it was too long for. The contents were broken because of this. Please be more careful!!

Old lady with spiked up hair couldn’t have been any more rude. Asked if I could pick up a package and she acted completely discussed by it. Got mad because I didn’t hear her ask for my first or last name. Definitely should not be working at a place where you help people. Very unsatisfied.
