I have sent multiple emails and had absolutely no response. My emailed Questions were totally ignored. As a result I could not order any socks because of the poor Failing grade of the customer service. Horrible

High quality socks with great customer service. Made right here in the USA! This is why I'm supporting their business. Loveeeee their bamboo socks. Super comfortable and affordable.

They do not honor online purchase and never ship my purchase. Their email address is not even working as my email bounced back. I had to contact PayPal to request a dispute as they ain’t shipping anything.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Three months ago I was given a job through a temp service to work at All About Socks. It was a fun job, I enjoyed it very much. I worked hard, was told I was doing well. I learned how to do multiple things dealing with packaging and production. This afternoon I was told by my temp agency, "We are reaching out to let you know at this time, All About Socks will be ending your assignment. They let us know that they have tried to give you time to speed up and improve for the past little bit and they are just not seeing a difference. We are so very sorry that this did not work out. Please do not return to work tomorrow morning." This was an absolute shock as I had NEVER been approached by my supervisor, or ANYONE in the HR department that my performance was in any way lacking. Then I was let in on a little secret by a friend. Businesses who hire people through temp agencies have to pay the agency a type of "finder's fee". So, apparently when it becomes time (as it had for me) to either hire, or let someone go, someone in the HR department makes up absolute lies as to WHY they won't hire you. It's cheaper for them to hire a temp for a couple months and then "let them go" instead of hiring them and having to pay fair wages and benefits. Personally I think this is a despicable way of doing business, and the thing I am most angry about is the defemation of my character above all. So enjoy your socks, they're made with cheap labor and people without ethics.

Bought men's over the calf compression socks right in cache valley! The gentleman running the shop was a real treasure! A lot of the socks are made on site a bonus. My choice wasn't. Selection was great!

This company designed the masks that were given out by the State of Utah to residents who requested them. My 18yo daughter loved hers, so after finding out that this was the right company, we ordered several more masks. The masks we ordered ended up being too big compared to the government-provided ones we were using as a template, and the company was incredibly responsive and kind in getting us replacement masks quickly. Fantastic customer service. The masks themselves are some of the best I've seen. They're incredibly soft and durable, and they have a thin but strong bendable wire that allows for comfortable tightening around the nose. The masks also work very well. My daughter has worn them for months while working at both Baskin-Robbins and Costco (so lots of daily interaction with other people) with no issues at all despite the high rates of Covid in Utah. We look forward to ordering more products from this company.

My new bamboo socks are here and my feet have never felt better! These are so soft and comfortable. They feel great with or without shoes and no seams. I hope they last!
