I love Loettas, cuts, colors, advice, she has made my hair so healthy. She always makes me feel relaxed with her welcoming smile, aveda tea, hand message,its way better than a regular salon,. They also have spa message, facials and nails and pedicures.

I called at the last minute and got in for a massage. She put me under a spell I swear my massage lasted more than two hours. It was wonderful! The salon is beautiful, calming, quiet, and bresthtaking. I will be going back! Thank you for a wonderful experience.Service: Massage

I was looking for a new hair stylist, and had my first appointment with Loetta today. She really listened to what I liked/disliked about my current hair style, and made some suggestions on what she thought would work well for my hair thickness/texture. I'm really pleased with how responsive she was, and am very satisfied with my new haircut.Service: Haircut

Loetta is a nice, kind person, and I selected this salon because I believed it to be a trusted Aveda establishment with experienced stylists. Unfortunately, my experience with Loetta's service was similar to other reviews posted here (e.g., see Sara Crookston's review), and I regret my choice.I requested-1. a trim to clean up dead ends of my hair2. to keep my hair long enough to pull back into a ponytail3. soft, face-framing layers in the same style I had from my previous cut (Denver). I took in photos of the previous cut to show Loetta the targeted style4. no blunt cut bobUnfortunately, none of these requests were honored.I took in photos from immediately after my previous cut so that she could see the targeted style. See photos 1-3. Photo 1 was from airdrying with no additional styling effort. Photos 2 and 3 (with a mask) were in the salon after my previous cut with blow drying.The cut I received from Loetta is so uneven, amateurish, and short that I cannot camouflage the mistakes. See photos 4-7. These photos were after Loetta's "styling" and blow drying. I was in the chair for 2 hours as Loetta tried unsuccessfully to even up the cut and add the layers I requested to begin with.Rather than trimming my hair with soft layers, Loetta removed large, uneven chunks of hair using a blunt cut. As she tried unsuccessfully to even up the bad cut, she removed 5-6 inches of hair in most parts of my head. In some areas she removed 9 inches. And the cut remained uneven after 2 hours of effort. If the cut was simply too short, it would grow out. However, the cut is so bad and uneven that I am looking for someone to clean it up and style it. It's already too short, shorter than requested, but the cut truly is an amateurish hack job. I am heartsick.I wish that I had read Google reviews before selecting this salon. Because my bad experience was similar to what other people reported, I post now to confirm the reviews of others for this salon.Service: Haircut

This place was AMAZING!!!! I wish I could do 10 stars, the owner took very good care of me such great hospitality, felt very personable and very professional atmosphere. I had a full body massage after two days of snow boarding and snow mobiling whipe outs needless to say I was in a lot of pain. After my massage all the aches and pains were barely present I gained movement back in my Neck and arms and hands down the best massage I've ever had and I get a lot of massages due to work stress. If I lived in Utah I would definitely be a frequent customer. Highly recommended if you don't go here your missing out.

I love Aveda Essence and highly recommend them! They are a friendly, fun bunch, and offer some of the best massages in town. Loetta does fabulous massages that are so relaxing. She does a great job getting the knots out of my shoulders without bruising me and leaving me in more pain like so many other massage therapists do. I come in regularly for treatments and can always move so much better when she's done.They do great hair cuts as well. These guys are indeed a full Aveda salon and they use exclusive high quality Aveda products.Services: Back massage

This place is the best! Loetta is fun, friendly, and engaging. She's also multi-talented and does all the things that keep this day spa running. You can expect great service, tasty treats, a relaxing massage, and great hair. My daughter and I have both been getting regular massages and have been extremely pleased. She really knows her stuff and helps release deep tension and muscle knots without bruising me or leaving me in more pain than I was already in. The atmosphere is calming and relaxing and just what I need to counterbalance all the stress in my life. She does a great job with our hair cuts, too, and her team is top-notch, too.

Don't go here to get your hair cut. I have a lot of reasons I will never come here again and make sure other people don't.1. It's in a basement. Which is fine. But usually you don't see names like Aveda have their salon in a basement. I was very thrown off by this when I pulled up and almost just left.2. $45 plus tip seems a bit much for a hair cut.3. The girl cutting my hair was very nice but it seems like she had a hard time multitasking. When she would talk, she would stop doing my hair so she could talk. Then go back to doing what she was doing. I was there for over an hour just to get my hair cut.4. My finished hair was uneven by INCHES (see photo). She had been trying to get the front sides even several times. I had to mention that it was still uneven after her going back a few times to make it even. When I left, it was still inches off, and I was over it.5. I asked for layers in my hair and she grabbed a comb I hadn't seen before. After looking it up on the internet when I got home, I realized it was a thinning comb. She used a thinning comb on my SUPER THIN hair to make layers? I have never seen this done before and I have been getting layers in my hair for over 20 years. Now I have spots in my hair that are just missing chunks of hair. These are definitely not layers. The bottom half of my hair is really thin and it tapers off.6. I tried to contact to get a refund. They agreed. Said they would Venmo me because I was going to be out of town the next two weeks. That never happened. I contacted them again when I got back into town. The manager (I think) called me and asked to call to talk about what happened. I returned the call but no answer and no answering machine. So this got us nowhere.7. I had to go to another salon to get my hair fixed as much as possible. She had to cut it shorter, try to round out the "layering" what was previously done. And basically told me that I would just have to wait for it to grow out because there was no way she could fix the areas of my hair that were thinned and were just missing tons of hair.I think you see the point here. Go to a different salon so you don't have to have the same experience as I did.Service: Haircut
