If you're returning for your usual services, be advised they up to their prices and won't verbally tell you. They just expect you to figure it out on your own. When you go to pay AFTER the service. It's very disappointing as I really liked going to them before. Had they told me I would have probably been fine. But they did not... Really do not know if I will be back. I feel really disrespected by this because if you think about it, you pay for something 3 times it's the same price every time. You are not going to expect the price to be 30 more than every time before. I know prices change with inflation. But they should really let people know hey just so you know we did increase prices this is what it is now is that still ok. Buttt nope They just let me sign go to the appointment and then hit me with the price after. Honestly, I think it is really foul behavior. I just feel so lied to and deceived and tricked. What kind of company raises prices without informing clients before the service.....

I’ve never written a negative review but I’m hoping this one helps people make the right decision for who to trust with their pets health. We brought our very sick dog to them about three weeks ago. We told them he was on an antibiotic prescribed by another vet a month prior for the same symptoms for an “infection”. The antibiotic did not cure it before, he only got “better” after eating some bone broth. Then a month later the symptoms came back aggressively so we took him to Cache Meadow hoping we could get a second opinion. They told us it was the same infection and to try the antibiotics again. A week later it got worse and our dog had lost 10 pounds. We brought him in again for X-rays and blood work, they found nothing so they upped the dose of the antibiotic and told us to give it 5-7 days. Our dog didn’t eat for 2 full weeks. Continued to have blood coming out both ends. You could see his ribs, but still we were told to just wait.. so we called on the 8th day to see what else we could do and they recommended going to a specialist for an ultrasound. The specialist was booked out 2 weeks so we made an appointment with a different vet in town for the next day. When I got home to pick my dog up to take him to said appointment he was gone. He suffered so much and now I’ll never know what was really wrong with him, if I could have done something else, I didn’t even get to say goodbye. I honestly don’t know if Cache Meadow could have saved my dogs life but I do know they didn’t try. And when we were there the second time I was pleading with Dr Reeves to give us other options and he said “if I was you I wouldn’t do anything different yet”. I regret trusting the Vet and not my own instinct and I’ll never be able to get rid of that guilt I feel but I know now that Cache Meadow is not a place to take your pet if you want a vet that genuinely cares. Our dog was a healthy 7 year old yellow lab. He was our first baby and he is so so missed. I refuse to believe he died of an “infection”.

We have been going to cache meadows since 2019. All of the vets and vet techs have been amazing with all of our doggos over the years. When we had an emergency on a Sunday when one of our dogs was attacked by one of our other dogs and she needed stitches he was there faster than we were and we only lived 3 blocks away. He was vet caring and attentive. We will likely never go to another vet.

Called to get a semi emergency case for my dog. Was told they were booked out for two weeks. Then she said if I was the concerned take it to emergency in Ogden. Some what coarse over the phone. So I have changed clinics. Sad situation because the clinic was my clinic of choice.

Whenever discussing vets in the valley this one ALWAYS comes up! They are one of my ultimate go-to's for speedy service (they squeeze you in for an appointment when needed) and more affordable treatment options. They are still in Logan (despite being pretty North almost Hyde Park) which makes them easier to get to of gas or travel is an issue. Everyone here has always treated me and my dramatic emergencies with respect and care and that's pretty incredible! If you aren't able to schedule with them and your pet is in a time-sensitive situation they will refer you to the best emergency vet clinic! in Sunset Utah called MedVet and they are worth the travel as they are SO compassionate and professional with any situation for pet may have gotten itself into

I have used the clinic for my cats since moving to Utah in 2017. Very professional, friendly, and efficient. They are always able to answer my questions and handle my cats with care. I would recommend them for anyone looking for a veterinarian.
