Had these guys do a big bore kit on my 06 Heritage. Upon receiving my bike, there were leaks from the push rods that were pretty alarming. Took them a couple more visits to finally fix. After my bike was running a little odd, had another company look into it. Lo and behold these guys didn't even dyno or map out my big bore. Instead, they loaded up the 88ci map. Who does that? Now they are denying their own work and refuse to work with me on this. So now I've basically paid for 2 big bore kits to unscrew Cycles and Sleds sub par work. I wouldn't trust these guys with a Barbie big wheels. Terrible customer service, even worse mechanics, beware.
Update: bike blew apart on me at Sturgis. These guys didn't torque the rocker to spec piston is runbing on the inside. See photos. I'll be getting a hold of S&S to warranty this shoddy work since seeing how Cycles and Sleds don't stand by their work. You can also see the damage they did to my chrome while my bike was in their possession.

I'm so upset with cycles and sleds, they show no care in the world in my situation. One of their bikes they apparently sold a few days before my 3 car accident, and man I'm so disappointed with cycles and sleds, as well as the new owner of the bike. I 100% believe one of these parties should be paying out of pocket for my damage! why I'm God's name should I have to pay for any of the damage done, when the bike was literally laying in the middle of a road where you hit 65 mph. Came in to get new tires for my motorcycle. Once I got my bike back they charged me 4 times as much as they quoted me. It took 30 minutes and they charged me 250 for labor which is outrageous. They returned the bike to me not how I gave it to them with brake and clutch tightness wonky, taking me a 15 minutes to fix it on the side of the road because it was nearly undriveable.
I will not be going back to them for anything in the future

Paid to have my engine rebuilt because it had seized up. They did a complete top end charged me $2800 and I got to ride it for 15 minutes before it seized up again. Took it back and it was the main crank bearing. Said it wasn’t their fault and good luck. Witnessed by a friend. It was NOT the old owner but the new mechanic that was buying Colin out.
I talked to Colin today and he wants to make it right! I'll post a further review when this is all over BUT Colin was always great at making sure his costumers were taken care of. I have high hopes now.

Would be nice to be notified of the cost of things when actions are taken, but service was good otherwise. Definitely will be coming back. It's also on me to be asking the cost. So both them and I are in the wrong on that, in my opinion.

Had my dirtbike for 6 months. Didn't run right when I got it back. Took it back, they did nothing to fix it. Spent additional $600 at dealership to fix their mistakes. Not impressed with their work and knowledge.

I took my Rmz 450 in and the valves needed to be shimmed. I ended up paying $600 walking out the door for that to be done. So unless you want to spend your hard earned money and get completely ripped off, I don’t suggest going to this company
Pros: My bike is running
Cons: You will drain your bank account unnecessarily, and they will take you for a ride.
I was literally charged triple the cost of four other shops that I found out afterwards, that was my fault.

If I could give zero stars I would. We explained the problems we were having and they said they knew exactly what was wrong it would be an easy fix. They kept calling us with "new" things that needed to be fixed and the price just kept going up. My husband explained we can't afford this and to just please stop working on it. They had quoted him 4500$. They said, let us just finish and we will work out a deal of 2800$. And they guaranteed it would run. When we went to pick it up the price had changed to 3700$ and claimed they never made a deal like that. They also couldn't even get it started to load into our trailer. The owner argued with my husband over this and claimed it was probably the battery...... something else they wanted to charge us for, 160$. We later found out, "on our own" it wasn't the battery but that they didn't hook up the "new" fuel lines that we "apparently" needed. Every part they ordered for our machine was outrageously priced. Most importantly, they didn't honor their guarantee. I do not recommend this place. You have been warned. It's so sad and disappointing that we can't trust people in this world anymore to do honest good work.

I took my moped in for an oil change and to fix the front tire. Without quoting me, or telling me at all, they replaced both tires. The oil change was $40 + a service fee that tagged on an extra $40. The two tires ended up costing me $600 with the “service fee.” Overall, an oil change and two tires being replaced, one of which was not asked for, was almost $700. Mind you, none of this was quoted to me before they did any of it.
This place is a complete scam, DO NOT COME HERE.

Took my Turbo S into these guys. I have had it at two other shops before this and didn’t have great results. I dropped it off and told them what the issues were. Aiden took detailed notes upon me dropping it off and communicated with me while they had my machine. I picked up the machine today. They addressed every issue and made the needed repairs the cost was less than I anticipated and extremely fair. The machine pulls harder than it ever has. These fellas will do my work from now on.
