Dr. Bills and all assistants genuinely care about the quality and health of you and your teeth. His office has awesome new technology Laser therapy and ultrasonic treatment.With the laser he was able to remove a cavity and fix it.The numbing shot you normally get hurts more and the pain lasts longer then just getting it done with the laser. I will never get numb for a cavity again.

Dr. Bills is a great dentist, and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. (I'm sure the other dentist is great, too, but I am sticking with Dr. Bills.) If you have a cavity that isn't too deep, he can use Waterlase Laser Dentistry to fix it. You don't need any shots, and you aren't numb for hours after.

I have been seeing Dr Bills for over 20 years and have never had a bad experience with him or his staff. They are always kind and friendly and address any concerns I may have. They are the best! No matter where Dr Bills moves his practice in the valley, I will drive the distance.

Hyde Park dental was very polite and courteous. They did not treat me like I didn't know anything at all. They were very helpful and very kind and they were very clean and professional. I very much appreciate their service and I would recommend them to anyone.

I don't know how every dentist in the valley has a 4.9 star review average. Going to the dentist is just terrible, it should be 3.5 stars tops.Anyway, if they're gonna spam me to solicit a review, they're gonna get one. And when whatever agency they hire to police their reviews asks me take this down, I'm going to refuse.Why 2 stars though?- appointments take a long time, an hour and 20 minutes- the hygienists are hit or miss. One time I had a hygienist who spent about half an hour doing and redoing the xrays.- seems like they try to fit all of their patients into a one-size-fits all standard of care. I don't know what I'm paying the doctor for if his judgement never deviates from the textbook. Just have the hygienist tell me what's in the textbook.

I love this dentist! He uses lasers instead of the numbing shots and it's awesome! He's also very encouraging and doesn't shame people at all.

I do not like the dentist. Today I went for my first appointment with Dr. Bill's. I also had my 3 year old with me for her first appointment. They were fantastic with my toddler and showed her all the tools and explained everything in a kid friendly way. They also helped me feel comfortable and well cared for. Overall it was an excellent experience.

Very well trained employees. Told me and showed me what they will be doing and using on me. Was very nice about me being comfortable when I ask for a pillow for my back and neck. All around they are and did great. Also ask me if I was still doing OK. Thanks ?

Dr. Bills and staff are so welcoming and caring. They really make going to the dentist a nice experience. Both he and his staff are concerned about patient comfort and pain level. Dr Bills is very comfortable to talk to and takes time to explain things thoroughly. I highly recommend this practice.
