We busted a tire at the end of the work day and Les Schwab was the only place that could fit us in. I called 3 other shops first and was turned down by all of them. I called Les Schwab, and even though they were also closing in 40 minutes like the other shops, Keegan answered and cheerily told me “We’re a tire center, bring it in and we’ll take care of it”! After all of the stress and problems we faced because of this, it was so great to be taken care of by the staff, even though I’m sure it wasn’t ideal for them to stay after close. A big thank you to Keegan, Brandon Farnes, Brandon Geertsen, and Dart for helping me out and making my experience at this Les Schwab so great! You guys really saved me today!

Took my car in for tires replacement and suspension, steering and brake inspection, they quoted me and said they found that the brakes and rotors were needed, a tie rod and a lower ball joint that had a little play but wasn’t urgent, decided to do the repairs myself and found that both cv axles had a torn boot with the driver side one being busted inside and found that both upper ball joints were needed, and an inner tie rod, it amazes me that they boast a “best warrenty” but can’t even do a complete safety inspection, ignoring stuff like that is what gets people killed on the road.

I am so disappointed. My husband took our car in to get the wheels balanced. It never happened, and we were charged for it. Went somewhere else, and got them balanced. They confirmed the tires had not been balanced

I had a very good experience with the Logan Les Schwab when I had a flat tire on my Mustang GT. I was able to take it to this dealership and received very quick service plus the good news that my faulty tire would be replaced with brand new tire under warranty (Good news!!!). I really think that this Les Schwab location is so much better than anywhere else in the Valley.

I recently purchased new tires from this Les Schwab and I was very impressed. Everyone I talked to was helpful and honest. At no point did I feel pressured to spend more money than I needed to, which I really appreciated.

The customer service at this location is top notch. I blew a tire a block away and was struggling to change the tire in 95 degree heat. I called Les Schwab to see if they could squeeze me in since it was 4:15 on a Saturday. They close at 5. Not only did they fit me in they sent someone right over to help me get on the spare. I cannot thank them enough for the excellent customer service. Multiple people stayed past closing time to help. I genuinely appreciate it!

My girl friend stopped here while traveling because a front brake was overheating. One caliper was frozen and they said all front pads, rotors and calipers needed to be replaced. I arrived an hour later as they were finishing the work and saw that the existing rotors and pads were nearly new. This should have been less than a $150-200 single caliper replacement repair to be safely back on the road instead of the $700 job that was done. They asked me if I wanted them to remove everything after it was done. In retrospect, I should have said yes. I would never recommend this place.

The past two times I've gone to a Les Schwab were after an unexpected (and unfortunate) emergency - both times, they took care of me. At this location, I found the staff to be very helpful, attentive, and taking the work seriously for a gashed tire. They gave clear recommendations and put me at ease on the cost. Great experience!

I went in to have my tires rotated. They checked a few other things as well. The wait wasn't long at all. I was really happy with my experience and my daughter enjoyed a bag of popcorn.
