Super nice no pressure salesman, 90 day warranty included gave us peace of mind, good price, easy & no hassle dealership. Made sure we had a wash and full tank of gas before leaving the lot. We love our car and would buy from them again!

We had a great experience buying a Subaru Crosstrek with low mileage. We got a great deal to to a salvage title, even though the accident didn’t cause mechanical damage. The fixed up the minor cosmetic damage, and we haven’t had any major issues for a few months since then. The speed sensor started bugging out, which wasn’t their fault, but they still replaced it with a better sensor that hasn’t had the same issue since. They even helped us out afterwards getting some crossbars and a hitch put on. The staff was friendly, honest, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Our salesperson, Jake was very helpful. Sometimes there was a lapse in communication, but we always figured it out. We’d definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable used vehicle.

I highly recommend Rich's cars to people looking for a used car or truck to buy! I just purchased our 3rd vehicle in four years from Rich's and I live about 750 miles away. Dealing with the sales people at Rich's and our satisfaction with the vehicles is worth more than the drive to pick them up. Thanks Rich's.

Jacob was awesome no pressure sales approach we previously look at the challenger a week before while we were thinking he keep me updated and answered all my questions after looking at another model at another deal which was stressful saw 3 salesman in five min and they want all my personnel info to test drive it then hounded us after we had to walk away but at Rich’s Jacob just threw us the keys said have fun a total different approach and we ended up buying the car the whole process was only a few hours thanks Jacob and all his crew there in making our car shopping a pleasant experience and made my wife’s birthday a birthday she will remember

We were sad when I totaled our 2022 Terrain..we had looked at a lot of places! The salesmen were very kind and helped us look On our way home from Logan, we saw a car lot with lots of red cars.. my favorite…we found a red Terrain 2023… Josh walked by as we looked at it… he asked if we wanted to drive it.. no pressure, so nice … we ended up buying it no hassle, no pressure. I would recommend them to anyone..great company with such kind people! Thanks!!

I have both positive and negative things to say about this place, based solely on my experience. They presented themselves in a welcoming manner, and I didn’t feel pressured to buy a car. Jacob answered all my questions and eased any concerns I had. After purchasing the vehicle, I noticed an issue with my seat that bothered me, and he promptly resolved it—it was fixed within a week.
The only issue I encountered was with Wendy. She’s very nice and polite, but our communication was unclear. Jacob had taken a copy of my hard-copy license and my husband’s paper copy (he was my co-signer). However, Wendy didn’t inform me that the bank wouldn’t approve my loan unless my husband had a hard-copy license (we’d been waiting for weeks to hear back from the DMV). She only told me a week before I needed to renew the loan, which was frustrating. When I called her after she texted me about this, she explained, “I texted your husband about it; I thought he would have told you.” I replied, “I am the owner of the car and the one making the payments—I should have been notified, or at the very least, we should have both been informed simultaneously.”
My husband then drove two hours to the DMV to track down his license. He went to the dealership, and Wendy essentially said she doesn’t know which banks accept paper licenses and which don’t. Honestly, if she kept a list of which banks accept paper licenses, it would prevent this issue in the future. If you have a hard-copy license, you should be fine; if you only have a paper copy, wait until you receive the hard copy.
Overall, I am pleased with my car. However, I believe the individual handling finances could benefit from greater attention to detail.
