I was so impressed with the service! I called ahead and got scheduled in. When I arrived he remembered need from our phone call. The diagnosis and repair were finished within two hours! I had anticipated waiting two days!

A few years back we had a car that wouldn't start and towed it to Ridgeline just because it was close by. We've probably used them 4 times since with a couple different cars. as long as Dan is there I don't intend to use anyone else but Ridgline for our Mechanical needs. They are knowledgeable, transparent, they work quickly and (at least with the issues our vehicles have had) they are always the best priced.

We have used Ridgeline for over 5 years for our vehicles which are driven by high schoolers, college age, and us parents. I like that Ridgeline provides quotes and lets us know what needs to be done now and what can be done later (and estimate of time frame something should be done within). They are very fair with their pricing (separating parts costs and labor costs). A few times extra work needed to be done because of something unknown initially and they have always contacted me first. I greatly appreciate their service, knowledge, and friendliness.
