Saddleback Harley-Davidson in Logan, Utah absolutely earned this 5-star review.
We originally stopped in just to buy a shirt… and ended up finding the perfect bike for my wife. The team didn’t just sell us a motorcycle — they spent the time to walk us through everything, help customize it to fit her perfectly, and make sure it was running great before we ever rode out.
Since it was a used bike, I had one small concern before buying. They addressed it right away and handled it the right way — no hesitation, no runaround, just solid customer service.
Everyone we worked with was helpful, honest, and genuinely cared about making sure we were taken care of. Great experience all around. Highly recommend Saddleback Harley-Davidson!

How do you create a life long customer? Be like Mike @Saddleback Harley-Davidson! My wife went into another dealership in town and she was completely ignored. She went into Saddleback and she was created by everyone from Parts/Service apparel, and of course Mike. She left having purchased our first Harley-Davidson. I later went in and was so impressed with Mike and everyone at Saddleback. If customer service is important to you, go to Saddleback and meet Mike!

Mike Udy was an amazing rep to work with when we bought our pre owned Road Glide. Due to our schedule we couldn’t make it to Logan that weekend to see the bike, but we knew we wanted it. Within a couple hours we negotiated the sale over the phone and a check was cut. Mike delivered the bike an hour and a half away to our garage that evening and threw in a helmet. The service was top notch and the sale, smooth as butter.

Couldn't have asked for a better experience at Saddleback Harley-Davidson, all thanks to Mike! From the moment I walked in, he created such a relaxed and no-pressure atmosphere. There was absolutely no judgment, just genuine helpfulness. Mike truly went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for and helped me put together an amazing deal on my 2025 Road Glide! He made the whole process incredibly smooth and enjoyable. We were looking at helmets to be able to communicate with each other while riding our 4 wheeler and found just what we wanted. The sales attendant and parts gentleman was very helpful. The helmets were pricey because it's Harley but we thought they would be worth it in the long run.

Brandon at Saddleback was our saving grace. We were 100 miles in for a 3 day road trip on our new road glide and realized the suspension hadn't been set. He didn't blink an eye grabbed the tool and helped us adjust it in the parking lot. Our next bike will be bought from Brandon at Saddleback. THANK YOU! Immediate ride difference.

The staff here are awesome, friendly and amazing with everything from having my Harley shipped from out of state to a simple oil change and knowing what will eventually need to be replaced in the near future. Great people in a home town dealership who really do remember you every time you walk in the door.

Definitely recommend going in and speaking with Brandon at the counter if you need anything. He's super knowledgeable and provides great service and will never push you to buy anything. He will also give great recommendations if you are having issues with your bike. He has helped me with my Fatboy a handful of times!

10/10! I called up to the store and spoke to Mike on the phone. Told him what I was looking for and what I was able to do and he made it all happen! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease knowing that I wasn’t going to be pushed into looking at something else. Mike got me through all the paper work with no issues and was very professional, kind, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be back to purchase another one and I will spread the word to friends and family of what an awesome place this was. Thanks again!
