I work out of town, I was gone for 4 days, the mailman couldn’t fit a package, that would never fit in my mailbox anyways. He took the mail that was in my mailbox out, took my package and what was in my mailbox back to the post office and left a note saying my mail was being put on a hold for security reasons and if I don’t come in within 10 days to claim it they would be sending it back. I went in to get my packages and ask about it, the front desk lady was absolutely not trying to help out. She said that since the package wouldn’t fit because the mailbox was too full they put a hold on the address. I pointed out that the box was too big for my mailbox and that it needs to be put on my doorstep along with the other 3 packages. She said they didn’t need to deliver packages to doorsteps which seems totally untrue. DO NOT USE USPS IF THIS IS YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE

Very unprofessional service. We have someone at home with a critical health illness and relies heavily on medical products being delivered on time AND TO THE RIGHT ADDRESS! Called their number and was left on hold for 40+ minutes with no answer WHAT A JOKE! So I had to drive to their station and let them know I urgently needed the packages that were delivered to the wrong parcel. Lady at the front desk was nice about it and noted down my urgency and contact number but I still have not received the products needed or even been contacted about my package and they are now closed. This is a very stressful situation. They do not care what so ever about where your package gets delivered.

Never receive my packages but only bills.. How odd, then I’m refused service when I show up to pick up my stuff just to be told ‘I have to wait till tomorrow’…. Tomorrow comes by you send it back to the sender…. Not sure if you’re aware that’s illegal withholding already purchased product as once USPS takes hold of the item- the sender is no longer responsible.. All you can do is hopelessly file a dispute for a refund or hope you can get your stuff.. thanks to the supervisor at this location I was able to retrieve 1 out of 3 missing items, other 2 will be disputed amongst warehouse and sender. ??♀️ I’ll take 1 out of 3 over none.

Terrible service! Their phone number doesn't work!
They recently changed mailboxes and the key isn't working which is not the problem. So I drove to the post office leaving my work. The lady at the desk with dirty blond hair with bangs is so RUDE! I wasn't even rude. I just wanted to make sure she knows my situation and it's been days since I have not been able to get my mail. But bulged her eyes out and rude voice..saying OK. Please improve because we pay for our mails and taxes for the services! Also, get a phone that actually works! Thank you!

The North Logan post office passes on un paid shipping fees to the receiver of items. Which is ludicrous and I would argue criminal.I just moved to North Logan from Logan and the Logan post office and every other shipping service I have EVER used passes on un paid shipping to the shipper of an item not the receiver. It makes no sense to pass on un paid shipping to the receiver because then someone could send you a hundred boxes full or rocks with unpaid shipping amounts and you would be forced to pay thousands for nothing. Senders pay for shipping not receivers. It makes no sense to do it otherwise.

The women that work here are always so rude and act as if you’re just there bothering them. They’ve never been kind. I went in to discuss a missing package and got zero help. My package is still missing with no answers.
