Keep in mind I stopped by after hours (5:30pm) and the young lad went out in the yard and helped me take a random part for my F150. i would never expect such a great customer service from a JUNKYARD... These guys rocks!!!

The only reason they got a 1 is because 0 was not a option I called and ordered parts and was told they would be ready by noon the next day I planned my day and showed up close to 1 and asked for parts they told me they couldn't get managers approval to pull the parts after I drove a hour and 8 minutes to pick them they didn't call and tell me they wouldn't be ready they just let me waist my time don't waist your time go somewhere else

Very satisfied with my visit here. They ordered my wheel for my car, when I went to pick it up I guess I had given them the wrong size. They swapped it out for another more expensive wheel and sold it to me for the same price. Caleb helped me and was very nice and extremely helpful. 10/10 stars ✨

My experience with Art & Utah Auto Recycling was nothing short of compassionate and genuine. I needed exterior parts for my car in CO and couldn’t find any that matched my cars year, paint etc in state, so I tried my shot out of state and the care I was shown from Art and his team was incredible. I am so grateful to have found good people who look to take care of customers, I felt like I was valued human to human, an overall lovely experience. Thanks again!

I was totally blown away by the customer service here at Utah Auto Recycled Parts. I called on a Friday expecting they would tell me to come in and look around and see for myself if they had a part for my vehicle. Instead, they located the part and sent me a picture to make sure it would work. Then they met me at the shop on a Saturday (when they are supposed to be closed), installed the part and could not have been nicer. I would give them 10 stars if I could. I won't look anywhere else for car parts after this experience.

This place deserves ALL the accolades ever given ! they're kind, understanding of your needs...they LISTEN to you and mostly they GET THE JOB DONE ! Any time they have a part I buy from them rather than anyone else. Caleb is my "go-to guy"...you wont be disappointed !!!!
