Friendly staff. Emissions test took almost one hour to complete. A lot of standing around, texting or making calls on cell phons, vaping, and shooting the breeze with other associates. Was there a manager on site?

Long wait, I watched several of their employees stand around shooting the breeze with a vendor for at least 30 minutes, while myself and 5 other people sat waited. What should have been 15 minutes for an emission test ended up taking over an hour, I wont be going back

My first experience here was great, but unfortunately in my most recent visit they neglected to install both a new engine air filter and cabin air filter. So I’ve been driving around for months now with no filters and had no idea. The only reason they don’t get 1 star for that is because they did seem to do their best to make the situation right. Time will tell if I end up with engine problems from this.

The changing of oil was quick. But the what time was long. Former employee's should not hang around talking to the workers.
