I stopped into O’Reilly’s in the middle of a rainstorm to grab some new windshield wipers, planning to just install them myself at home in my garage. When I checked out, Chris asked if I wanted him to install them right then. I told him no because I didn’t want him to have to go out in the pouring rain, but he insisted and said, “Come on, let’s go outside and get it done.”
He went out in the rain and quickly installed the wipers—it would have taken me twice as long to figure it out on my own. Chris went above and beyond with his service, and I really appreciated his kindness. It turned what could have been just an ordinary stop for car parts into a true wow experience. Thanks, Chris, for taking care of me—you’ve earned a loyal customer!

The employees are friendly and pretty quick. Never had issues with getting the wrong parts, and pricing is very competitive with the nearby AutoZone.

Amazing service here! I was having an issue replacing my out of state license plate with my utah plate because of a broken screw, and they were more than happy to help me despite it being an hour before close. I unfortunately didn’t catch the name of the man who helped me, but he was very helpful in getting my plate replaced and installing new hardware for me so I don’t run into this issue again. Very pleased with my experience here!

O Reilly. If your in a pinch and need something quick, they are a quick fix. Being a previous service business owner I still have a hard time justifying paying the 100 to 200 % mark up on parts. Customer service is good and employees are always helpful. Even if you get a dumb one
