I would definitely recommend doing your taxes here! My wife and I have used this the last couple years and the same gentleman helped us both times. He was super friendly and answered all questions we had quite thoroughly. It only took 30 minutes, if that, and it was done. No headache. Super easy. Would recommend.

No communication. I think I've been forgotten.
Turbo tax is the best option for my situation i guess.

Poor quality and no communication for individuals. I used them for the past few years and was comfortable. I actually like them.
My husband passed away this year and I have waited weeks to talk to my accountant.
I have banks calling for info that I need from my accountant.
Well apparently they only set up zoom calls for communication. They will send you a link a week or so before the appointment and if requested they will send you a text(a week or more)
When it is time for the appointment they expect you to find last weeks text or email and get on and wait. (Like a good dog)
I did not find either twice. I called and Devin(the guy working at the desk) just talks to you like DUH I sent it a week ago you should have got on! Simple really. RUDE absolutely!
They have my number… a quick text and link when my accountant was ready and the appointment would have been so beneficial and easy.

Taylor helped us with our taxes this year. This was my first year not using an online service, and I needed some extra help making sure I was filling out school and mortgage documents correctly. Taylor was so helpful in explaining our amounts and how we came to certain numbers. I’ll be using them again!

They are horrible. They can’t handle your needs. Stay away! They screwed up my filing . They did not know anything about S Corp. Pack tax also filed my tax return and did not amend it . They are totally horrible. Stay away from them!!! In fact run away from them!

Our tax advisor was Kennedy and she did a great job answering our questions and walking through with us some of our questions and the best action we needed to take.

Kennedy was fantastic and was very efficient! We filed for 2 business’s as well as our personal taxes and were there for less than an hour! Great business that was friendly, professional, and took great care of us. Will recommend them to everyone.
