The store itself is nice but you will wait 30 minutes for a cashier or 30 in the self checkout (where nothing works). The meat section has some questionable practices when I comes to anything discount so be careful. I see multiple health code violations every time I walk past.

NICK in pharmacy is the worst person for help. HE SUCKS. He very rude and never shuts up!!!! worst customer service ever!!!!!

It's a nice store, has some nice people working here!! But there are 2 baggers that cannot stop talking to each other, it makes the check out process so so unnecessarily long, I've heard them be told to focus and stop talking, yet they are always together and getting distracted by each other, it makes me not want to shop there knowing they are going to be there.

Constantly doesn't have enough checkers , 2 checkers on a Saturday with lines back to the middle of the store. Last time I shop here!

The five stars is for the employees and not the store. Smiths corporate has taken advantage not only of their faith but use it to justify the way they treat their customers and employees. If you ever walk into a Smith's you can see the anguish on these peoples faces from the continuous corporate abuse. As a customer I applaud these people for tolerating their management and still have the ability to work with the public. Smith's has declined over the past twenty years and now I can only hope they will reap what they have sow.

The restrooms are always a mess, yet the hourly cleanliness report hanging on the door show signatures that the restrooms have been 'cleaned'. 3 out of 4 times there are no "small carts" in the cart corral. The hand baskets have been gone since COVID. This leaves me pushing a full-sized cart around the store for the 5or 6 things that I need. The shelves are pretty bare anymore. Might be aftermath of COVID, but not sure on that.

I have shopped at Smiths in North Ogden for well over 20 years, while it's a nice store, close, convenient that's not what's important to me. What is most important to me and my family is Customer service. They are most definitely lacking in that area. Time and time again I've gone there waiting in line. Before you know it an employee will step in and yell "I can help the next person in line ". The major problem with this is everyone, anyone will jump over. They absolutely should take the time to walk over to the next person in line deliberately say to them "I'll help you over here ". NEVER happens! I blame management. I'll take my business to Lee's Marketplace or drive to WinCo. I've worked in customer service for more than 30 years. We all pay too much, we deserve better!!!

11:00 means 11:00, I guess! I was trying to hurry. I arrived at the register at 11:04 and was told none-too-nicely that all registers were closed and they'd have to escort me out the locked door. They announced at 11:00 "If you are not in line, you will not be checked out". I hurried to grab the last thing on my list but in the end had to leave everything at the registers. I was so shocked, I forgot to take my reusable shipping bags out of my cart. I've never seen anything like it. They'd rather put all my stuff back than ring me up? Customer BOOTED for four-minute miss! Millitant much?

Smiths North Ogden has gathered my groceries order 2 weeks for me now. Who ever the shoppers are did an amazing job. I want to thank them so much. Everything was fresh as can be and all my vegetables were so fresh and absolutely perfect. And the delivery drivers are so kind and courteous thank you again and again. They have definitely hired the best people. I would definitely tell everyone to go to this Smiths. They are the best.

Part of some jagged metal went through my tire a few weeks before, and it happened to be one of the staffs brooms. I removed the rest of the jagged metal from the parking lot during my grocery pickup on a recent visit and a person came up to me and said, “Why are you dumping you’re dirty family’s trash at our clean store, someone could get hurt, The next time you dump your trash here, there’s gonna be consequences!”

Went to speak with management and they said "we don't know what to tell you." And "we're not gonna apologize for this." The guy rolled his eyes a bunch and was laughing and chuckling at everything I was saying. Getting met with confrontation instead of communication from the staff at this place is a bummer. I honestly didn't want anyone else to get a flat tire, I don't know why they acted like this

I love the prices and its in a convenient location. However anytime I go lately there's always a pump or multiple pumps that's broken i end up at thats not marked as non working. I get tired of having to move from pump to pump. Lately I've been going to maverik to avoid from having to move from pump to pump (with a car full of kids an no one to help me watch the little ones moving pump to pump is a huge pain). Otherwise this is a great place to get gas.

Bah humbug! I shopped here frequently and never had a bad experience until I inquired about a holiday meal advertised in the weekly flyer..... There wasn't a soul who knew what I was talking about. So I did as they said and I returned when I could talk to a manager....Ha! What a damn joke! Another incompetent with no information. Then I called all week, and my calls were ignored. So screw this place! I don't need some snooty b**** looking down their nose at me. I shot a call to the Smiths on Harrison, and they were able to give me all the info I needed. Seeing as I wasted a week trying to contact my local store, I didn't feel they deserved my business. With Kents just as close, its easy enough to show 'em the bird as walk out never to return.

Just wanted to send a huge shout out to the Butcher at the north Ogden smiths! It’s was my daughters birthday yesterday! All she wanted was a steak! She remembered how nice the Butcher was when he helped us back in August. I took her in last night. He was so awesome! He taught her all about how to pick out a good steak and the difference between them. He helped her pick at the best steak! Wished her happy Birthday. The service and kindness was above and beyond! Thank you!!
