I’d give them a zero if I could. This staff is so unfriendly. Had a prescription called in Wednesday. Went to pick up Friday afternoon and still not filled. Blamed it on flu and cold season and that they had a system glitch. I wouldn’t care but when your attitude and the way you talk to your customer is that way you should not be working with the public. Think I’ll be moving my business elsewhere.

Very poor customer service . The communication with their automated systems is horrible. And because their computers were down for 2 days in September 1000 people did not get their prescriptions.

This is the only pharmacy I can get just 1 of my prescriptions from and even when I call in the refill and drive 20 miles after giving them an hour they still won’t have my refills even started. I wish I could go somewhere else because I loathe this pharmacy and their snarky staff.

My experience started with me calling the pharmacy to see if my prescriptions were ready. The gentleman that I talked with said that one was ready and two were being worked on. So I gave it over an hour, and drove out to smith's to pick them up. I am disabled in my legs and feet, so I try to call before I drive. When I got to the counter.
The man that I spoke with was typing on his computer with nobody around, and taking his time, not addressing me, not saying hello, for about 5 minutes. When I asked for my prescriptions , he told me that none of them were ready and that he would start on it, and I would have to wait thirty more minutes. I was upset I admit, however he was extremely rude to me shrugging his shoulders like oh well, that's your problem.I was there to pick up my insulin.I'm a diabetic, and it was really important that I picked it up today. I waited 30 minutes and came back to the counter.And spoke with a lady with attitude! And she couldn't help with filling my scripts. She kept telling me that my insurance wouldn't cover my insulin and that they didn't have any generic insulin on hand. I could have walked away several times, without having any of my medications. I didn't. I'm happy I didn't... A pharmacist came over and all 3 of my medications were filled. After being rudely told that there was nothing they could do. Obviously that wasn't true. I am very disappointed.I walked out of there in tears. And I will never go there again sadly. I have used smith's pharmacy for years in Provo and never once had a problem. There wasn't a problem here either, it was the cashier or pharmacist assistant that truly did not want to fill my prescriptions. I know this may sounds crazy and I don't normally leave reviews but the customer service was one of the worst services i've experienced. Also I call concerning the quantity I received and the pharmacist hung up on me. Wow.

I feel like the bad reviews for Smiths is Walgreens fault. They are such a mess that so many people are switching over to Smiths and causing an over flow. They have always gone above and beyond for us.

The pharmacy workers are so nice I was helped by Marlene she was so sweet and despite how busy they where she was patient with me and all my questions. There was a pretty long line but it went by pretty fast. After reading others reviews on this place I think some people just looking for something to complain about.

The techs here are obviously miserable. They’re short, rude, and belittling. Today one of them told me she couldn’t pull my script “out of her butt” even though I had already visited the pharmacy 30 minutes prior and was told it would be ready.
Not only unnecessary and harsh, but completely unprofessional.

Come on guys. All bad reviews within the last few months? And honestly this isn’t even just a last few months problem. If people are actually seeking out the pharmacy specifically to review you know you have a problem. Answer the phone with customer satisfaction in mind. Or go find another job where you don’t have to deal with customers. Sounds like a lot of the time the callers aren’t the problem, it’s the pharmacists who think they shouldn’t have to answer a call.
