I had a few questions at the automated service would not answer. I tried calling and no employee answered the phone after several attempts. Seems to me that they need a bigger place. every time I go in there it's looks like they're standing on top standing on top of each other with no space to maneuver to do their job.

I have never been treated so bad in my life. Cashier was so rude he made me feel like I was bothering him and I did not matter. I will never go back again.

Wait in line of cars after they said it's ready. Then they tell you it's not ready at the pick up window. Of course they would call less then 5 min later to tell me it's ready. Woman always has a attitude problem at window with blonde hair. Meds are cheaper at walmart I found out.

With the adhd medication shortage, I've had to call around to see if places have my meds in stock. Smith's said they did so my husband dropped the paper prescription off to have it filled while he shopped. Went to pick it up only to find that they are no longer contracted with our insurance? Ok...but maybe be a bit more tactful about it, and give the physical prescription back without tearing your sticker off and ripping a controlled medication prescription up! And then throwing a hissy fit because we asked for it back. My hell, it's hard enough dealing with this medication shortage without having to deal with bad service. Hopefully I can have another pharmacy accept my torn up prescription and not have to go thru a process trying to get another one from my Dr. Will not be coming here again. I'd leave 0 stars if I could.

They are terrible at answering the phone! It rang for over 8 minutes before someone answered the phone. Earlier today I called at 1030am and it rang for 15 minutes before I gave up and hung up the phone

Nick, a pharmacist, should not be in this line of work. He treats people incredibly poor. I read the other reviews. It’s clear this is a systematic problem impacting the team and pharmacy overall, and needs to be addressed.

the bosses schedule you 7 hours after you clocked out.they don't care if you're tired or exhausted they only care if you clock back in. they don't even try to give you the day you requested off. don't apply

I went in to pick up Rx ordered day before, they canceled it with no notification, didn't order it in & now I'm trying to get it filled elsewhere.I asked the child at the Counter if there was a Note or why they wouldn't call me & let me know so I didn't was my fuel, and she said I quote "I don't know, I can't go back in time."I'll be shopping ANYWHERE ELSE from now on!

5 times in the past year they have deleted my refills... it took five times for me to realize what they were doing...I went through withdrawals and suffered for days.

The store itself is nice but you will wait 30 minutes for a cashier or 30 in the self checkout (where nothing works). The meat section has some questionable practices when I comes to anything discount so be careful. I see multiple health code violations every time I walk past.
