I've had the privilege to be able to work with Dale and the Stewart team on many occasions over the last 5 years. I have always been impressed and had great experiences. Dale has often times went out of his way to make sure everyone is happy and does whatever he can to make closings easy and convenient for everyone. Dale is the absolute best in the business!

My whole loan closing experience was honestly hell… But I will NEVER forget Clara. Ever. She worked more than she needed to, to ensure my loan closed in a timely matter. But not only that, she knew the stressful situation I was going through, and had a natural talent at displaying empathy and comforting me when she knew I needed a shoulder to lean on. I don't know much about title companies but we had to go back three times to sign paperwork they messed up on. All three was because they put our middle name or didn't put our middle name, etc. people that come here are treated condescendingly like just sign and we hold the power. They got frustrated when I wanted to read each piece of paper. I hate everything about title companies and banks.

I own a mortgage company and have used this office for annoy 80% of my clients title work over the past 7 years. This is the best Yorke company that I'd recommend using.Dale Thorne and Steve Child are the main guys that run this office. They have over 60 years of experience in the industry between the two of them. I strongly suggest using Dale and Steve at the North Ogden Stewart Title office.
