DO NOT GET PASSPORT PHOTOS TAKEN HERE. Three of our five passport photos were rejected. UPS will “retake” them but won’t refund. I didn’t know they were rejected until we were in the middle of our passport appointment that took two weeks to get into. The post office retook them then and there so I didn’t have to leave and come back again. Who in their right mind would leave the passport appointment to have them taken again at UPS (Who didn’t do it correctly in the first place) when the post office would do it (correctly) right then and there. I didn’t realize the post office would take the photos. I will NEVER use UPS again for this service and I would urge others to not as well. Complete waste of money.

I returned an incorrect Amazon order to this store about six weeks ago. A few days later, I received my refund and threw away my receipt from the UPS Store. Now today, I received an email from Amazon stating they never received the package and charged me again for the item. So I went to this store hoping I could track things down. I was simply told they don't keep any records and they couldn't do anything. Bad business if you ask me. Keep your receipts until the return is received because this store will be absolutely no help.

Every time I come in the employees are on fire. They are quick to assist and guide customers and are friendly even though they are always busy. Jaden has helped me above and beyond on multiple occasions and it has really helped my business having such a useful store available to me.

I work nearby and every time I go in the early morning (8-830) Sacha is there to welcome me! Service is FAST, cordial and efficient! I only go here and I am never disappointed! She runs a one person show fantastically! One thing I appreciate is the fact that she gives people the option to use a scanner instead of waiting in line! She’s great! Thank you!

I went into UPS the other day looking to get invitations printed out. I was told I would receive a call later when they were finished, I got a call at 6:30pm that they could only print 30 because it was taking too long. And the design on the paper didn’t even take up the whole paper so there was an uneven border all around. I then went back into UPS 2 days later because I needed them finished. I dropped off my own paper and once again they said they would call me when done. I just picked them up and I am furious. Like the invitations the other day, half of the ones i received today don’t fit completely on the page, and the other half they printed out of their own paper but cut them so they are a variety of sizes other than them all being 5x7.
