I've been a loyal customer of North Ogden for years and have generally had positive experiences due to the wonderful staff. However, my recent interaction with the owner significantly tarnished my view of the place. During a simple transaction where I needed specific prints based on clear instructions sent via email, the owner mistakenly printed the documents incorrectly. Upon politely pointing out the error, I was met with unexpected aggression and defensiveness rather than a willingness to just admit the issue, she insisted the mistake was on my end, despite having confirmed receipt of all necessary emails with detailed instructions. This insistence on blaming me, coupled with a refusal to acknowledge the mistake, was both confusing and frustrating. And despite her assuming that I was confused.And then me calmly explaining the confusion she's still didn't get it. The situation escalated unnecessarily, with the owner maintaining a confrontational stance. After explaining the situation calmly, I was met with silence and a lack of basic courtesy—a simple acknowledgment or apology would have sufficed.I value professionalism and understanding in business interactions, qualities that were notably absent in this instance. It's disheartening to have such a negative experience with the owner of a business I've otherwise appreciated. I hope this feedback serves as a constructive critique, highlighting the importance of customer service and effective communication.TWO stars for the 2 employees that are great, otherwise it would be 1.

Sasha was very helpful when I came in with an Amazon return. She speaks kindly to the customers, smiles, and is very professional. I appreciate her energy. We need more people like her in customer service!

Sasha went above and beyond to help me. I had just sent a pkg. and asked her where I could fedex one (that was the carrier of choice per the company I was returning product to). She not only told me, but helped me package up my fedex return. She was helpful and friendly and saved me alot of time!!!!

Brought a package I was returning to Amazon and used the same packaging it came in including the hazardous sticker because of the battery. The next day I received the package back and the auditors rejected my package. So I called Amazon and got a new sticker and printed it out and used the sticker that came off my printer. They told me that this one would be rejected also because it was printed in black and white the hazardous sticker has to be colored I either went back home and printed in color or paid almost $2 for a sticker to mail this back to Amazon. My opinion is that Amazon is their bread and butter so they won't reject anything but I'm just a single person..

Worse service ever lady super rude and they charge 2.30 for a 6 inch piece of tape ridiculous can’t say nevermind since been waiting for 25 minutes to get helped so only option is to pay all other stores are amazing compared to this location and they don't charge at other locations if they dont want people doing returns for Amazon they should stop Taking them instead of giving people attitude

I used the self service spot in the store. My amazon return label was a no box no label, I followed the steps that where on the screen and they made me pay for the chipping bag.

I received from Maranda (I think that was her name), and she was so helpful. The store was busy with lots of customers and she was more than willing to help everyone. She was very nice and friendly too.
