Brandi was excellent to work with. I had initially been working with another USBANK rep (KM) and told him I needed the loan within a week for an emergency and he told me it would take 1-2 days to fund. After six weeks I finally was referred to Brandi and she made it happen within a couple days. She was wonderful.

They couldn't help me with my one question and wanted to get rid of me as fast as possible. Basically gave me a customer service number and said call it. Come to find out it was very very easy and would've taken 10 seconds to explain to me what to do.

I came in looking for answers on a couple overage fees. The teller explained where they came from but refused to listen to what I had to say about it. I had tried to explain that I wasn't showing that through the mobile app and that I had checked my phone before every purchase because I knew my account was on the low end. I had to call the costumer service line and try again. The teller there explained and listened. She looked closer and found the error on the banks end! Something that was pending had been processed a day early. All I wanted was the first teller to Listen! I understand people come in trying to get fees waived all the time but you still have to listen! if you would have just looked a little closer you would have found the error. Thank goodness I called in because it would have cost me 108 in fees I didn't deserve .
