What is going on here. They can't get any help. They close randomly. Not open on weekends. Treat people good and pay them what they are worth or they leave. Obviously something is happening. New people all the time. Management needs to fire themselves

This location is ridiculous. I have lived in North Ogden my entire Adult life and I cannot believe what this location has turned into. The staff is so extremely rude to already frustrated patients who have been waiting DAYS to pick up their prescriptions. They are always closed and never open when they should be. I have recieved texts mid day from this location multiple times that they are closed until further notice. DO IT ALREADY. I am shocked they are even still open with the kind of service they are providing. If you need your medications in a timely manner, or at all, this pharmacy is not the one to go to.

Just simply don't come here. The pharmacy is a joke, the employees are incompetent. They are NEVER open for people at posted hours, and the drive threw people are so rude. There is Smith's pharmacy across the street, and Lee's pharmacy across the corner. I would recommend Lee's any day. They are kind and want to help you as the patient. DO NOT COME TO THIS WALGREENS LOCATION!

The staff are very nice, however I have had so many issues with getting my medications due to them being closed randomly or them being out of stock of medications frequently. I will get numerous texts saying they will be closed until further notice. I will be transferring my medications to a different pharmacy because of this.

USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!! I was really sick and needed a prescription on a Friday at noon. After I had been to the Doctor, I had him call it into this Pharmacy because it was convenient. As soon as I got home, I received a text that the Pharmacy was temporarily closed. When I called the store to ask what that meant, she said they were closed until Monday!!! SERIOUSLY??!! I had to call the Doctor back and have him send to another pharmacy near me so I could get it that day. I have received 3 texts saying “temporarily closed” in the last week from them since I did not pick-up the original prescription after getting it filled elsewhere. Will never use Walgreens again as I have since talked to others who have had the same issue and it’s been going on for months!!

Horrible, horrible, horrible. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. They are closed more than open and hours are random, regardless of what is posted. Worse, when they are open they could care less about your Rx. People need meds for a reason and they are actually putting peoples health at risk. Save yourself needing a new BP medication by having to deal with these people and go somewhere else. BTW, 12th street Walgreens is not much better. Employees are rude and uncaring.

I will never use this pharmacy again. The are closed more often than open do to bad pharmacists who don't go to work. This is the second time I be gotten released from the hospital and could not pick up the new meds my doctor sent orders to them to be filled. From now on I'll only use

Staff is nice when open. Unfortunately they are randomly closed due to pharmacist staffing . Then it gets slammed due to being backed up. We switched to Smiths due to this.

I have no idea why they have such a low review. They have always been so nice and helpful. Even when an employee was grumpy, I asked if they were okay and it flipped a switch and she was then so sweet.

The pharmacist guy there is not a nice person at all. He is very snotty over the phone and sounds like he hates his job and hates people. He sounds like this all the time. I feel bad for the people who have to work with him.

Garbage pharmacy, literally had to switch to Walmart that's how bad it was, they can't get dates right.. Has absolutely no customer care/service at the desk.. Super unprofessional team of workers... Maybe Alil extra training wouldn't/couldn't hurt as you have no where to go but up anyways so...

They never have the RX ready when I pick up or they are out until they order Mr more, but they never call to advise before hand…..also they are so slow at the counter.
