No functioning ATM on a Sunday 11/23. Drove here just for it, considering switching to a more convenient bank instead.

Came in today to have a fee removed from my account, the teller put little to no effort to help and told me I was stuck with it. Called customer service on my way out of the bank who took care of it easily & immediately. Not sure why the teller didn’t want to help but glad customer service came in clutch!

Didn't appreciate the way I was treated. I came in an hour and a half before close. I didn't know I needed an appointment to open children's bank accounts. I was going to set up an appointment but wow Natalie could have told me without being so rude about it. The other teller was very kind hence the 2 stars.
