Was told my unload appointment was 12/20 at 3:30 AM. Went to check in and was told my unload appointment was actually 12/21 at 3:30 AM. They refused to unload me until the appointment.EDIT!!! They ended up taking my load on the 20th. Burned 10 hours getting it figured out. But better then 24 I guess.

Appointment times don’t matter here because they don’t care about unloading your truck until they’re good and ready to. The check in process is dumb as heck and when you get a door be ready to walk because you check in one end of the warehouse and then have to go to the other end to check in with the lumper service. Very disorganized setup for a company that’s clearly been here for a good while.

Two stars for over night parking and people are somewhat nice.. Checking in with their new system was easy by phone.. But the extra go to door 66 check in with receiving.. Then go to door 24 check in for your lumper.. Early or late your waiting a long time hours. Pilot truck stop less than a mile up the street.

Overnight parking on right before guardshack. Can check in after 10pm for morning appointments. New check in process available from your phone in your warm truck or you can go inside and check in on kiosk. They take a long time to unload so be prepared to wait. Porta potty in staging area

Been in a door over 2hrs now haven't even started to unload me. They have signs all over that say if you disrespect any emloyee your load will be rejected, well the ppl that work here are about the most disrespectful ppl I have ever been. Rude as hell dnt care about showing disrespect to drivers at all. Only place in utah I been that takes hours and gours to unload a trailer that should take 45min at most. Lazy, rude, and rotten ppl work here. They should fire them all and try to start over with ppl wgo care about there joba

ProsStaging areaLooks like you can finish off your 10 after being unloaded.People are niceConsYou have to check in 4 times for one unload.1st qr code to pre register2nd when they have a door for you, you have to hike to the guard shack and enter in a confirmation number to get your actual door( why can this not be done online? The security guards don't check temp bills or seal ?)3rdThen after back into your door , you have to go to door 66 to check in yet again . They will give you the breakdown sheet .4th depending on Frozen or dry you have to go to yet another door ( 98 for frozen) to give the lumpers the break down sheet.Seems very inefficient and redundant. After all that there are the infamously long unload times.

Trucking companies don't only go out of business because of shady brokers and cheap freight. It's because of places like this as well. Being here allll day and still being told hours past my appointment that "it will be a while". Losing my reload after paying an absurd lumper amount needs to stop. Never, ever coming back here unless I need a night of sleep or a log book reset.

Appointment was at 16:30 arrived 3 hours earlier, didn't get in a door til appointment time, slow unloading and 445 lumper fee. After 2am when received bills and checked out. Ridiculous lumper extremely high for having to wait over 10 hours waiting to get unloaded. Avoid at all cost

Very friendly and reasonable people, will check you in by appointment time doors open @ 3:30 am, but if it’s your day. You might be able to squeeze in a day early. This is a maybe for most people, (NOT Guaranteed)..

What's the point of an appointment other than getting you in the gate? It feels like they absolutely do not value your time here. I had a 1630 appointment, and my trailer had only begun to be unloaded after 4 hours of sitting in the dock. The folks at the gate were easy to work with and helpful, but the lumper company is dreadful. They begin to unload after hours of waiting, then charge you for unloading, and then you wait hours again after you've paid for them to release your paperwork so you can leave. It's a joke, and operations like this should be illegal.I've been in this door for 8 hours now.

Easiest way to check in is with the Albertsons driver check in app from the Google play store. You can check in up to 3 hours early but you need to be parked in their staging area for it to work. Plenty of space to maneuver into the docks. I'm not sure why drivers are complaining about lumper fees because they will get reimbursed with a receipt. Make sure you check your straps/load bars once empty because one of mine almost disappeared in the warehouse. Overnight parking allowed

They have a very confusing system to check in at security, at receiving and lumper payment. Doesn’t matter if you arrive earlier or on time (good luck if your late), you will wait. For all three stages… all in all, seems a bit disrespectful with drivers time. The associates are cordial and professional, but the warehouse has to get better.

Unfortunately the guards don't tried to help to you to get and early check-in to unloading a truck. Is very bad because I had an appointment at 12pm and he said was a 4:30pm. Loosing 4 hours of business time for my business, this industry is going down when you have places like this affecting your time, and putting slowly the economyA recently up date, for more than 7 hours the lumpers keep me waiting for my paperwork, the capstone team honestly doesn't help hour economy, the lumper supervisor had my paperwork on his desk and he prefer to when to his break (30min) and keep me waiting for him. Very rude traimen with us

5 hrs past my appointment time.. haven't even started unloading me. Would give 0 stars if able. Why pay high fee lumpers that can't do the job in a timely manner.
