I rarely write reviews but our experience with Bailey's Moving was such a positive one that I must share. My wife and I moved from California to Utah and Bailey's definitely exceeded our expectations! After hearing of negative experiences that people we know have had with other movers, we were quite nervous about the move. However, the folks we worked with at Bailey's: Lincoln, Rachel, and our driver, Eric, were all fantastic! Very professional, great attention to detail, and just extremely nice nice people. I was highly impressed with the loading crew and the care they took in wrapping and loading our furniture--even during pouring rain! My wife was equally impressed as she met Eric and the unloading team at our new home. Eric kept us informed about pick-up and delivery times and oversaw the entire process. We highly recommend Bailey's Moving & Storage--especially to anyone planning for a long-distance move.

The two delivery men Bryan and Emanuel were excellent . They navigated a challenging stairwell with a massive cabinet like complete professionals . They were very helpful and kind as well. Excellent service .

During our 48 years of marriage, my dear wife and I have moved more than a dozen times. We have never had a team of 'movers' as remarkable as the Bailey's team! From those at headquarters to the packers, loaders, drivers, assemblers, Bailey's has always given us world class service that stands out in comparison with others we've hired. Most recently Kili and Hau helped unload us in our new location and they were incredibly careful, helpful, diligent, happy and kind. They went way over and above anything we expected. In reassembling the large, cumbersome unloaded beds, tables, etc. they remained well past what they or we felt would be necessary. They remained well into the night when they should have been on the long road trip home, but they stayed to ensure that everything was perfect. Who does that in today's world??? In our experience, no one but the Bailey's team, a company that we will always use in the future. We were given a rating of zero to 5 stars. Kili and Hau deserve 100 stars each instead of just 5 stars!! The rest of the team does as well. Cyndi went out of her way to call us on her day off, multiple times to make sure everything was going well! Thank you Bailey's for everyone on your team who all are willing to go above and beyond and who each deserve 100 stars! Having taught customer service during my professional life before retirement, Bailey's exemplifies everything that should be taught to companies who provide service to clients. Well done Bailey's!!!! In facing a stressful, cross-country move for the first time with four kids and two pets, we have been so truly grateful for Bailey’s/Allied!! They have been nothing but responsive, professional, positive, easy going experts who have completely alleviated all our moving stresses at ever step in the process! Huge huge thanks to Lincoln and Rachel, Sara and her team of packers, Armando and his team of loaders, and Daniel and Bridger and their team of car transporters - we could not have done this without you and appreciated all your support, check-ins, excellent communication, patience, and positive, sunny attitudes (even when we had monsoon level rain on our load day!). It has truly been a pleasure. Would recommend Bailey’s to anyone for a stress-free, positive moving experience!

Horrible experience with this company. They moved us to the Philippines in 2023 and things went fine. They packed our goods in 1/2 a day. Now we are trying to move back to the US and we have less goods, are leaving most of our things in the Philippines and they say it will take them at least 2-3 days to pack our things. Unbelievably dishonest and simply attempting get more money. Very disappointed. I would never use this company again. I don't do business with people are know are dishonest.

Update! Barb called and made everything right!
Ryan needs more training! Did a complete walk-through with my wife at the house but yet only ordered three boxes for the kitchen so of course wanted to charge us $350 more for more boxes after he told me to be careful of other Shipping companies because they’ll always show up and then demand more money so he did exactly what he told me other shipping companies do your guys’s quote was $3000 higher than three other quotes I went with you guys because of what RYAN said “no surprises “and yet here I am surprised with an extra $350 charge because he doesn’t know how to count efficiently for boxes for a kitchen  I will be posting my advice on all social medias

Jose B. & Oscar were great!! We are moving out of state and they came and packed up our house(s) for us in two different moves in August. Very quick and efficient packers. Also very mindful as they made sure to wrap and take care of all our glass and fragile items.

Tavita Koso and crew did a great job helping us move! We moved equipment from one lab to our new space. Tavita is an excellent leader and was very accommodating. He organized his team to handle tasks such as packing 54 racks of equipment, large and heavy transit cases, 7 lab benches, and broke down and rebuilt heavy duty racking. We moved 6 truck loaded of equipment. Tavita is a super star!
