Julie, Pam, Sara, and Linda were great! Helped us pack up our things for our move, and did so very quickly and carefully. Were pleasant to be around, and remained professional. Were very organized. Respected us and our stuff, thanks again for your help ?

Jamie and Jose were extremely professional and quick while not rushing. They unloaded, making sure products went just where I wanted them, and made sure they stayed organized. They even helped me double check the numbers after I counted. Great service and so professional, yet friendly. Thank you!

The team could not have made my cross country moving experience any easier. Lola and Sara packed me and were so fast and efficient. Armando was my mover / driver and could not have been kinder. Took extra care of all my items making me feel so confident on their safety during the drive. Cyndi made sure I felt communicated and confident while working with each team member. There are not enough stars for this team.

We are in a middle of a move to Korea and Allied movers have taken care of us from beginning to end.Started off with their surveyor Bryan, who notified us prior to the the surveying date, came on time, explained the entire process, and answered all questions.Prior to the day of the actual move, we were notified the time and the movers arrived 10 min prior.Oscar and Freddie, were efficient, respectful, and careful during the entire move process. Even during this time, they took the time to answer any questions we had. After they were done, there was no damage to the home and it was as clean as it was before.Would recommend Allied movers, especially this same team. Thank you.

Moving isn’t an easy process, this being my first major move, I have had many emotions. The team from Baileys did an incredible job. They worked quickly and were very professionally and courtesy to my needs and questions. I had many as I am very particular with my things. They listened and worked with me on everything I asked. Thank you Julie and team! I would 100% recommend Baileys to anyone making a major move.

The good: The movers were great. The bad: 4-months after the move and we still don't have our refund for using less packing services than estimated. It took over three months for them to tell us they calculated wrong. It's been another 11-days since they told us they made a mistake and still no refund on my credit card. Emailed twice to inquire about the refund, no response.

We had the team of Carlos, Jose B., Darren, and Nasary pack our home last month to travel from Utah to Florida. We could not have been happier with the concern they showed to get everything packed carefully to protect our home items and furniture . They were quick to ask questions to get things just right. And more than anything, they were a pleasure to have in our home. Careful, friendly, and professional, it was a great experience. Two days later we had our load team arrive, Darren, Carlos, Kenny, and Kimball. Again, it was a superior experience. They were extremely careful to blanket wrap anything that might possibly need extra care, and they moved items through tight doorways and corners as if by magic. And both teams left everything neat as a pin. Thank you Bailey’s Moving and Storage.

Everything with Bailey's was very smooth, from the in home estimate through pickup. Price was as quoted. Darren, and Carlos showed up on time, worked hard, and were very professional picking up my stuff. They took care to ensure all of my furniture was properly protected. I'm very happy with the work and value performed so far. Bailey's is an Allied franchise, but due to the length of the move, I'm confident it will be another Allied franchise dropping off my stuff.

This is my second move with Bailey's allied, working with Cyndi. She has been absolutely fantastic from the start to finish of the whole process. Always, accessible, thoughtful, competent and smart. Our driver, Armondo, was just as great. He is brilliant and capable and did a fantastic job throughout the process. Highly recommend both. Grateful for both!

Baileys Allied was very impressive in the beginning. While packing was going on, representatives came out to make sure everything was going smoothly. I did find the packers missed some things by going too fast. They would pack things in a cabinet and somehow miss a couple things In the very cabinet they were packing. I was moving from Utah to Texas and my things arrived a week after the truck was loaded. That made me my day. Unfortunately, that was when everything changed. A doll cabinet was damaged which I do not believe the movers or the driver was aware of. One entertainment center was damaged (the back of the cabinet was almost fully separated from the entertainment center) which the movers had to have seen. Another entertainment center was damaged (the cabinet door was not shutting correctly) which the driver knew and yelled at me for missing parts and walked out. the parts were on the counter when he set them down. neither the driver or the movers told me about the damaged entertainment centers. Fortunately my son was able to fix the damaged furniture. When the boxes were brought in, the movers called out several numbers that I had to check off. I found I was missing some items ( total about $227) that claims rejected due to correct procedures were not followed. Apparently the consumer is suppose to physically check the number themself on the boxes and verify no signs box broke open (fallout). That was not done. The drivers and movers are taking shortcuts to move faster and get to the next stop. Beware and make sure it is done correctly. Fortunately my loss was minimal. I also found a television was damaged in the move. It looks as though claims sent a check on this but as luck would have it, USPS lost the check. Now I am waiting to see how claims will handle the situation. Bottom line, the workers are moving too fast and taking shortcuts or getting careless. It is up to you as the consumer to make sure they do things correctly.

My two packers, Lola and Jose, were pleasant, efficient, and skilled. I was impressed with their professionalism. I am glad they saved me from the difficult task of packing my kitchen and art. Good job all the way around.

Jamie and her crew were outstanding. After a misunderstanding regarding delivery date, she pivoted and delivered as we had expected. We initially worked with Jamie on loading our house and requested her then for the unload in our storage unit as well as the reload and delivery to our newly purchased home. She’s top notch. And Josh, Vili, Val, and Sione were impressive on the unload! Highly recommend!

So this company helped move my stuff across the country and the movers and packers were great however, they took just over two weeks to deliver my stuff. Then they had quoted me and both of the people that they had assigned me to contact stopped returning my calls or emails I get it things happen, but not communicating with your customer when they’re moving across the country and they don’t have anything is not cool, I can’t recommend these guys at all like I said the movers and packers are great but the company as a whole is really poor unfortunately. And they did not reimburse me as they said they would for the delay.
