I had a fantastic experience with **** Brothers today. Worked with ****** at the store on E 300 S. We were traveling through the area and had two tires damaged by local roads. They did everything you could ask to get the proper tires for our truck and get us back on the road. It was done in less than 3 hours. The entire crew was friendly, efficient and made a difficult moment disappear. We can not thank ****** and the staff in the service area enough for their help!!!Sincerely, ***************

I had a blow the on the way to way to the ****************** for very important appointment. A ******************** came along at the very moment needed put on the doughnut tire with great efficiency! *****'s service was well timed and worthy everything I paid him.But he took me to **** Brothers in Centerville. **** Brothers were fast in selling me a new Tire and getting it on.....But they charged me close to almost double, $260, for that tire! To me they took advantage of me because I need it

Noticed my car was leaking so I called the Riverton location to have them take a look. I was told it was my passenger front axel seal needed to be replaced. Best case scenario it was a $250 job and worst case we would also need to replace the axel but that is highly unlikely with the issue mine was having and that it is very rare if we need to replace more than the seal because it rarely happens. They call me tell me its ready and it was the best case scenario and it will only cost me the $250 to fix. I said ok please put it on my Burts brothers car. They then proceed to explain how their corporate is closed and that I will need to put it on a different card since my card wasn't on me. (should have realized something was weird at this moment) I had them put it on a different card of mine. I went and got my car after hours so no one was there. And over a few days I noticed the leak was even worse and that the puddle in my driveway was 3x's as big in half the time. So my leak is now major!!! Called them back and told them its still leaking and they said to bring it in and they will look at it again. Took 2 days to hear back because the mechanic that originally worked on my car was off that day. When I heard back they explained to me that now my entire transmission needed to be replaced! When I confronted them on how I felt I took my car to the wrong place and misplaced my trust in them because not only did I pay them $250 dollars but now it was an entirely different problem that needed to be fixed. The manager I spoke with said when cars leak as bad as yours does what we typically do is spray it out real good and put dye in it to see where the leak was coming from. (They never did this. The first phone call regarding the axel I was assured that was the problem and that it was fixable. ) Now all of a sudden my whole transmission which was replaced 2 years ago needed to be replaced yet again. When I explained the puddles were getting worse he said really? Let me go talk to my mechanic and call you back. When he called back he said, "yeah these types of issues go from bad to worse really fast. So that explains why it is leaking even more." It seemed as though every time I explained my concerns and how I felt like I wasted money and trusted the wrong people there was an excuse as to why it happened and it was conveniently never their fault. I feel absolutely taken advantage of! I should have made sure they saved all my old parts and that I didn't pick it up unless they were still open instead of choosing to come after hours. I feel like I have been robbed and they are all frauds. Now I have to pay a whole new mechanic to fix my problem and I am still out the $250. Flash back to 2 years ago when I needed my whole brake line system fixed and they told me that my brake pads and rodders were all contaminated and need to be replaced as well which was roughly $1100. But when I talk to other mechanics about it they are quick to tell me how brake pads and rodders get stuff on them all the time. All you need to do is spray it off. This happened at their West Jordan location! Seems like all of their locations are bad apples! I will never trust them again with any vehicle and I will absolutely never refer anyone to them. I personally feel like they need to be investigated for fraud!!!

Burt Brothers was able to diagnose the problem with my 2010 Subaru Outback's ABS brake warning light quickly and accurately. Another local auto shop was unable to find the problem.
