Found Caleb on KSL, sold me a great Tahoe and took my old truck in for a trade. He was able to work with me on a Sunday and got everything done very quick. Highly recommend to anyone!

This is an amazing little business. Toyota owners get your rig fixed up here. They have after market parts, a shop or you can buy complete builds. They specialize in Toyotas, 4runners, Tundra, Tacoma. Highly recommend.

Honestly one of the best buying experiences I have ever had. Nathan is awesome. He literally went above and beyond to take care of me. Exellent customer service. Personally, I hate the pressure and headache of a dealership. I did not feel that vibe in anyway when working with Nathan and Elevated Auto Group.

Don't ever buy I car from here! I bought my car here and right away it was having issues and when I went to trade it in with annother dealership they had told me my car had been in 3 severe previous accidents!!! Elevated auto group never told me about the accidents! Just not a good dealership overall.

Nathan was great to work with. He let me know he doesn't like to "burn his customers," and he more than kept his word: I let him know that I would like to buy the 4Runner pictured a week before he posted it online, but I hadn't yet sold my old car. In the seven days it took me to sell my car, he had other, much higher offers on the 4Runner, but told them all it was already mine. I hadn't even put a deposit down. Not only did he forego taking the higher offer, he also gave me a lower price than he planned to list the 4Runner for. It is the best vehicle I've ever owned, and it is very evident that Nathan really takes pride in the quality, cleanliness, and longevity of the vehicles he works with, as well as the trust-based relationship with his customers.

We loved our 2005 4Runner from Elevated Auto. Nathan took the time to go through the build options with us and make sure that we got exactly what we needed. I definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a clean, great looking 4Runner!

I just bought the sickest 2007 Toyota 4Runner Sport. I feel so confident that both me and Nathan won today. He sold me a 2007 4Runner Sport with 137,000 miles on it (which to me is barely broken in if you know Toyota vehicles). It's a 1 owner with a clean Carfax. No accidents, and good records. Nathan was patient and didn't pressure me into buying. He knows what he's doing and has a passion for these beautiful vehicles. I will refer anyone to him. Thanks Nathan, and keep up the good and honest work!!!

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE / HONEST / KNOWLEDGEABLE / NO PRESSURE I recently purchased an 06 Toyota 4Runner from Nathan. I have to say that it was the best car buying experience I've ever had. Nathan spent a lot of time making sure that my questions were answered, and that I was completely happy with the vehicle. He even gave me some good advice on how to sell my old vehicle privately. The build options that I had installed on the 4Runner was of excellent quality. His mechanics take the time to make sure everything is installed and functioning properly. They fixed some minor issues that the 4Runner had (battery, brakes, bearings, fuses) before selling me the vehicle. As Nathan said, his goal is to make sure the customer is 100% satisfied and that the vehicle is free of any issues. I drove my 4Runner off the lot with a smile on my face. The whole buying experience was a model that I wish more dealerships would match. I would recommend Elevated Auto Group to anyone in the market for a quality Toyota 4Runner!

Nathan is really upfront and knowledgeable. If you're looking for a sweet/affordable 4runner this is the place to go. Easiest car purchase ever with no pressure. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! About two years ago my good friend purchased a vehicle from Nathan at Elevated Auto. Since then he has had zero issues and absolutely loved his vehicle. I've seen his vehicles here and there on ksl and they always look the cleanest and in the best condition. With all the additions and inspections he has done on these vehicles he still manages to keep them right in line with NADA and KBB. I've always wanted to purchase from him but our timing has always been off. Fortunately we were finally able to buy one from him this week. Our experience from beginning to end was nothing but great! While he is a dealer you feel like it's more of a private party sale because there is no pressure, he isn't gonna try to see you a vehicle you don't want or don't feel comfortable with. He made us very much aware that these are used vehicles and that he does everything he can to make sure the vehicles are in the best condition as possible but did be sure to inform us that he can't guarantee you won't have issues down the road but insured us that if we do have an issue to contact him right away so that he can do whatever it takes to get the problem resolved! He is very honest and up front. He will even hold the vehicle for you if you need some time to decide to buy it. He is a man of his word and will definitely be coming back in the future!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - PLEASE READ ALL, IT MIGHT SAVE YOU. Do not buy from this dealer. His name is Nathan Ellsworth. He's a one-man shop. He mainly advertises on KSL. He gets all of his cars (mainly Toyota's) from the auction, not knowing prior what issues the vehicles have. He also gets vehicles that are incredibly high miles for the year. He claims when he gets them that he takes them to an independent mechanic to have multi point inspections done. Independent might be a stretch. It's his friend and he's been taking all of his cars there that he sells (and his personal vehicles) for at least the last 3 years. The multi point inspection is a look over at best. They change out the spark plugs, brakes and rotors (if they're needed), a cabin air filter, and Nathan installs a K&N air filter. Nathan simply makes the vehicles look cool/nice by adding new rims, tires, light bar, and roof rack. They do look really nice but buyer beware the looks will not pay off. On my first test drive I felt the car (2007 4Runner in this case) shake at low RPM's. I asked Nathan who was in the front seat if he felt it, to which he said no. (this already was crazy, the whole car shook) I said it felt like it was the tranny, since it stopped shaking when it shifted gears. he was adamant that it wasn't the trans and they are bulletproof. i tried to get it to do it again and I couldn't and Nathan said that he had the rear differential replaced and that it's likely the computer resetting and registering the different components. fair enough. I figured I'd take his word for it. a day or so later I went back with my wife to show her the vehicle and test drive it. again it shook in the exact same place (same road, same RPM's) I asked my wife if she felt it, she of course said yes. Nathan in the back seat said he felt nothing. Again saying it's the computer. At this point I was concerned and Nathan said he'd drive it over the weekend to see if he could get the vehicle to reproduce the shake. Of course he couldn't. A day later he told me the alternator was bad and had it replaced and said that was why the vehicle was shaking. I challenged him on this as it didn't make sense, and he made up something good enough that I chose to accept it. Fast forward, I bought the vehicle. (long story, needed a vehicle, had no time to keep looking). Fast forward 3 months later. Car still shaking ( I had driven it about 200 miles and had an alignment done, still shook) Took vehicle to Nathan's "independent mechanic" on his recommendation. They replaced rear u joints, still shook. did another alignment, still shook, although they claimed it was fixed. Took it to Toyota Bountiful, within a day they knew it was the transmission that was bad and needed to be replaced. Up to this point Nathan kept telling me to keep him posted, was responsive to my text messages and calls, etc. Once i told him the tranny needed to be replaced -- radio silence. Nowhere to be found. no response to texts, no response to calls. He is only at the office by appointment only. Not standing by what he sells, which is what he told me he does. Making sure his customers are happy, except me I guess. I'm now out almost $2,000 for a used tranny. The worst part, he knew the tranny was bad, so did the "independent" mechanic. But he only makes $500 to $1500 on every sell (that's what he says) He told me he plans on $1,500 in repairs for every vehicle. Which if you do the math, after putting in a rear differential for $1,600, He was already over his planned amount. Not to mention a few other things he had done before he put it up for sell. If he replaces the tranny that he knows about, he's well in the red from his planned $1,500. I wish I wasn't in a rush to get into a vehicle. Avoid Elevated Auto Group at all costs. He will bail on you as soon as he cashes the check. My next steps are to look into legal options against him (likely small claims court at this point). He'll tell you an

My husband and I recently bought a 4Runner from Elevated and could not have been happier with our experience. We looked at a similar 4Runner at LHM and ended up with almost the same vehicle for the same price but with their top built out package. Nathan was so easy to work with and very easy going which I appreciated since I dread going to used car lots. We recommended Elevated to one of our friends and Nathan is currently looking for a specific Toyota for him.
