If I could give less I would. They lost my package that was supposed to be delivered over a week ago and won’t update my at all about it. I’ve had to call in several times to get any information at all. Avoid this place if you can, worst experience I’ve ever had with shipping.

Apparently my “express package” decided to take a vacation across America because I haven’t seen it and it was expected this week. Absolutely ridiculous. And with this amount of negative reviews you’d think the issue would be solved by now.

This has got to be one of the worse businesses I have ever felt with. I have had maybe 50 deliveries and not one came on time, all were damaged packaging, about 5 times “label damaged can’t deliver”. How the hell has no one done anything about this?

WOW, this has got to possibly be the worst shipping facility on the continent. Been waiting on a package for 2 weeks. Claim I'm not there, have left notes, left the door wide open, and every time they lie about me not being there. So we decide to pay overnight costs and have the package sent again to another location, hoping that the business location that is in the same city as Fedex would get here. Nope, no package again. 2 separate tries, 2 ways of delivery and still nothing. I got a lady in the Philippines, boy was she helpful over the phone.................. UPS is a mess too, but I think I will be using them from now on.
What a joke. No customer service, no USA humans and the drivers are a bunch of lazy liars. Where do I apply? I could use a nap.

package not delivered because they showed up at 5;30 am we dont open till 8. who delivers at 5 in the morning to a buisness. not ever using them again

I can clearly see why these reviews are so low. I’d give less than 1 star if I could.
When it comes to picking up packages, this is arguably the worst experience you can think of. There are no signs directing you to where ground pickup is. The customer service is nonexistent. I’m not sure why this option even exists. Went to pick up 4 packages, was told there was only 2. Checked w supplier and there was 4 so now I have to make a return trip.

For lack of knowing where to leave a review this local fedex ground location will have to do. I live in North Salt Lake and was expecting a package. The Driver arrives, looks right at me and walks past to put a sticker on my front door saying that I wasn’t home to receive the package. This is only possible in a townhome complex but I can only assume many fedex drivers are completely incompetent. Why even use your service if the drivers are shady and force customers to go to the shipping center to pick up their own items.

My package was damaged by FedEx and one of my items was lost during transit. I filed a claim and someone called me and found the item in Ohio. I received a new tracking number for said item and FedEx now states I need to contact my original shipper to have them contact FedEx even though they damaged my original shipment and they repackaged my item themselves. Now instead of the item being at my house like FedEx claimed it would last week it’s in Salt Lake City at the hub and I’m still dealing with this. If anyone from corporate sees this feel free to contact me.

We live close to the north salt lake location and still our package was held there for 6 days. This is hands down the worst service we have ever had.
