Stopped by the store to have a handle on my Briggs Riley repaired - not only did they fix my handle on the spot, but noticed the bearings in my wheels needed attention and replaced them too!So unexpectedly nice to receive customer service at this level - ILC will be our travel store for life.Thank you TLC
