I came here with my daughter to get a soda and a slushie, when we checked out the cashier asked my 5 year old daughter with alopecia if she got a haircut, I was completely baffled and insulted, if you dont have anything nice to say PLEASE do not say anything at all. I wish their cashiers and employees had a better level of customer service and respect for customers!!

I come here every now and then with my dad to grab breakfast and some drinks to help us get through the workday. Today, as we were leaving, one of your employees or drivers kindly held the door open for us. I’ll admit, I forgot to say thank you in the moment—but we didn’t say anything rude or disrespectful either. Despite that, he responded with an attitude, seemingly just because we didn’t express thanks. While it’s courteous to say thank you, it shouldn’t be expected or demanded from others, especially in a professional setting. Ridiculous.

I stopped shopping here. I gave this Maverik several chances. How are usually going around 2:30 AM wait for about 10 minutes for someone to come check me out, no greeting , no thank you, I almost felt like I was bugging them to do their job. Basically got fed up of wasting my time and found it much easier to go right across the street to the other Maverik where customer service was far superior. I seriously wouldn't recommend this place.

This is by far the worst Maverick I’ve ever been to my husband went in to get gas here and the code didn’t work and they didn’t do anything about the problem the employee and their useless manager here don’t do anything about it instead they wanted to charge my husband again for gas. Learn how to do your jobs because you will continue to lose customers if you keep this up. NOBODY will pay for gas again when it’s the store,employees and managers screw up!!!

i think it was this maverick but theres also one right across the street. anyways employee was oddly flirtatious and slightly rude at 3 am. i just wanted to buy my stuff and get out of there.

This location exemplifies an experiment in unhinged corporate experimentation in retail automation. The location is terribly understaffed. There are never cashiers, and when there are, you have to draw a line on the floor to see if they're moving.

I come here almost daily to grab a bite to eat and drink. The food is good and the drinks are never flat. If I could make one suggestion, please ask the employees to stop talking to each other so much and ignoring the long lines of customers waiting to pay.

I really dislike the self checkouts, the employees ignore you because they know you can check yourself out. No acknowledgement or anything. They get paid to sit and play on their phones.

Not perfect although I do appreciate this maverik for it's fast efficiency, and more often then not good customer service.Especially Wendy and Scarlet have helped me. I'll definitely be frequenting this maverik

Wonder how long after a power outage that ony last 2 hrs are they gonna open I see they have power and there are people in there. Guess just don't wanna work.

The credit card reader does not work. Need to clean them up. I tried 5 and only one credit card reader (gas pump) worked.
