“I had written a very crappy review and was about to hit "send" when I made contact with LouAnn from the Farmington, Utah location who was so professional and sympathetic to my circumstance. LouAnn took the time to locate my package that was very time sensitive and get it to me. If the Post offices had more employees like her there would be no need for a complaint process. Thank you LouAnn for being such a great example to your co-workers and community members.”

I’m not sure if I’m spelling her name right, but the clerk named Genna was amazing! When I came in to mail my return package, she helped me figure out how to fill everything out. I decided to send it through regular mail, but I didn’t have a label, sticker, or even a piece of paper to write the addresses on.
Genna was so kind and patient—she gave me a piece of paper, showed me where to write the “From” and “To,” and guided me through the whole process. I had my toddler with me, and he was tired and fussy, so I was already feeling overwhelmed. But Genna stayed calm, understanding, and very helpful the entire time.
I usually don’t have the best experience at the post office, but this time was different. Genna really made my day! She was thoughtful, professional, and genuinely cared about helping me.”
“I was just visiting the area and staff here went above and beyond to get me an urgent package when I ran into a delivery issue. Fantastic service and management that are flexible and responsive.”
“Not open 24/7 so if you're outside those operations hours you're screwed. They don't have external letter taker, but I understand it's probably because of all the unsheltered”
“I was having some trouble with passport application. Darren, an employee at this location, went out of his way to help me with my paperwork. I went in unaware that they were closing, and when I found out, I didn't expect to make any progress with my application that day. However, Darren spared a few minutes to file and print my application for me so that it could be mailed out with no additional fees. I didn't even ask him to, he volunteered. I think this really demonstrates the standard of service these workers hold themselves to.”
