Went with a friend to have an old photo remastered using AI and to photograph some text over an old photo of his dog to remember the dlg after his passing. Super service and hospitality! The picture turned out great and thr prices were exactly reasonable.

Use the drop off for FedEx and UPS almost daily. Natalie is the best thing to happen to that location in over 2 years. The stars are for her and her excellent follow through with emailed drop off receipts!

You know how returning stuff you ordered online usually sucks? Well, Natalie at PostNet has restored my faith in this experience. Not only was she polite, kind and fun to speak to about how glad we both were it was Friday, but she went above and beyond helping me package up my return, helping me avoid an unnecessary charge, and making me feel confident in my package being taken care of. It’s little errand experiences like this that can make someone’s day and just not loathe having to do something that should be easy. UPS locations could really use a crash course in customer service like this. Thank you, Natalie. Please give this woman a raise and extra PTO. I’ll be back for sure.

Unfurtunately i had to seltect 1 star, I will like leave 0 stars. This was a great place to work when Beau was there, but now the new people has not clue how to run a print company. They don't even know how to send a file with colors in black and white. Last couple times I when there, they printed everyting wrong and distroyed my materials and they did not even say I am sorry. Go some place else

I LOVE this place!! I placed an order at 4:00 pm and they had it printed and easy for pick up before they closed at 6 pm. Their customer service was AMAZING! Zac was super friendly and so easy work with. Highly recommend!!!!

This was a great place to work with but new ownership dropped the ball... don't expect any notification that a delivery arrived and don't plan on them being open during their posted business hours, apparently they like to close up early...

I used to print things here all the time. They used to have a computer here I could print things off and pay for them. Last time I went, they said I had to e-mail them now, no computer for me to do it myself. Fine. Today I e-mailed them and then they charged me $1 to process it for 3/4 hour labor? It was literally 2 pages and I got charged $1.63 for it.Hope you enjoy that sweet, sweet $1 for that "email-print labor" and losing my business forever.

This location is horrible. I placed an order with them, what should have been a 3-4 hour job is now 2 days later. Upon picking the order up, used a credit card and the charge went through. They claim it did not so I used another credit card and the charge was completed. Upon checking with the credit card company BOTH charges were processed. Went back to Post Net for the 3rd time with proof and they are refusing to assist with this transaction. Owner was unavailable to assist. Also, the quality of the color prints is very grainy and poor quality. Will NEVER go back to this business again.

Twan was such an incredible help during our pickup. We had a large number of packages and he quickly helped us get organized and even helped put some packages in our U-Haul! Great guys, 10/10 would recommend this postnet for the great customer service.

terrible customer service. We needed help because we didn’t understand what we needed to do he didn’t offer to help he knew we were struggling I understand that it can be easy for some people but sometimes other people aren’t technology savvy !

I paid for $170 insurance on a package. The item was $190. My package never left PostNet. I have no confirmation of it ever leaving their office in NSL UT. They lost my package and took my insurance money. They said I can't even make an insurance claim. They are washing their hands clean of this when they were THE LAST KNOWN HOLDERS. Insurance is a fraud. Beau, who works there is also a fraud scammer.
