“Fantastic service! Andrea is amazing, she is so friendly and personable and goes out of her way to take care of us. I often call needing quick turnaround on a fill up and she always takes care of us. After being on vacation I came back to a message that we were out of propane. Gave her a quick call this morning and she said she'd check on her drivers and see if she could get someone out. Not 30 minutes later we had a driver arrive ready to take care of us. Thank you for providing excellent customer service and a quality product.”
“Excellent customer service! Alicia in the SLC office is extremely responsive. I switched to SP when another national chain's prices became ridiculously high and their customer service, all overseas, while kind, were powerless to deal with local issues. With SP, I've gotten quick, helpful response from a local office. When I had a need for an emergency delivery due to my carelessness in monitoring levels, they arranged a same-day delivery. While there was still a fee, to be expected, they intentionally charged me half their standard fee because the driver was able to work it into his schedule without inconvenience. (I know this won't always be possible.) It's great to have a company be more focused on me, the customer, than on their bottom line, and try to save me money, when possible.”
“Called around to 3 places looking to purchase a tank + argon/co2 gas in 80/125 sizes. Guy I talked to was nice and polite and they were a bit better priced for an owned tank+gas than linde and like 40% less than airgas.”

“Had a gas leak and called the emergency number. The gal that took out information was pleasant and thorough. She set up for an emergency visit and a few minutes later we had the service technician (Kyle) out to our place in Cottonwood Heights. Kyle confirmed the leak and changed out lots of parts. Kyle was stellar! This guy represents your company very well. If I had my own business I’d hire him. Matt & Tracie.”
“Buyer beware stay away from AmeriGas. No way to call anyone locally. You will get someone in Nigeria. Offices are all working remote. If you take them to Court, for damage to your driveway be prepared to take every picture you can and document every conversation and do text messages as well and get the names of everyone. They are not there to help the local guy but to make money. Do not let them have your business go to Suburban or one of the other carriers they are local and will be there to answer your phone call.”
