Satisfied customer! The attendant Stockton is a pleasure to talk to and was both friendly and attentive to our service. The value of a car wash pass is well worth the price if you like keeping your car clean. I also appreciated that there wasn’t a wait when I arrived.

Yesterday was my first Quick Quack experience. I was very pleased with the young man that greets you very first. I believe his name was Camden. He was so informative and nice. Because of him I got the membership and can’t wait to go again today! My kids love it!!Services: Vacuuming

Great store in a really good location. The place is really clean and the staff was great and very friendly. The store manager himself came out to my car while vacuuming to see how my wash was. That personal attention was really nice. Definitely come here againServices: Auto detailing

Great staff for the most part, always kind and friendly. However after my 2015 Silverado hub caps were ripped off not once, but twice--and never recovered--I decided to end my membership. Stopped and spoke with this location's staff since it was where I originally opened the account. Using a tablet and my license plate, she processed my termination of the membership. Yet weeks later, my credit card gets charged for the Duck's monthly fee. I call corporate and speak with one of their customer service staff to not only refund the charge, but to cancel the membership yet again. Well today I get a brand new charge on my card despite my membership being closed twice now and imagine the smile I had upon discovering that I was charged AGAIN for the monthly fee into Nov 2023--?Not sure what I need to do, or which type of aquatic waterfowl I need to sacrifice on the Mighty Duck Altar of Money to finally END the membership and get REFUNDED for the monthly charge, YET AGAIN.Boy, if this is how they are making their money, check your credit card bills. -- Quack, Quack.

Had amazing service from Les! First time at Quick Quack and she made the experience easy and customer fast. Car came out smelling good and squeaky clean.

It feels like they have sped up their conveyors. Car is barely starting to dry and you are out. A lot more standing water on vehicle than in the past.

The employees were nice, as they let me go through twice when I noticed there was still bird poop on my car after the first wash. But then I got home after the second time through the wash and it looked like the lower front part of my car didn’t even get washed. I drive a small crossover, so it’s a fairly common car size that should be easy to clean. I probably won’t return to the car wash.

I went to quick quack this past weekend and had an amazing experience! Ellie.s was so kinda and helpful and made sure I knew exactly what I was getting and all the other staff was kind as well!

Washed my car Sunday, met with Nick who was working there. I noted he was running around making sure everything was good and the place was clean. He approached me and ask one of the most important questions for a business; "How are we doing and what can you see that we could do better?" Pretty refreshing to have an employee ask a customer that. Someone there is doing something right!

Brigham is the kindest gentleman!!! and helped a lady out with getting checked in, explaining all the services and package differences. He was professional and genuine and didn’t get annoyed with all my questions. He’s a star employee and should be considered by management for employee of the month and future manager if he isn’t already. Thanks!!
