Had a great experience last weekend buying an Audi Q4 etron with JR. None of the typical pressure / hack questions you get at other dealerships. Super laid back and provided a great experience. Love the car and the value (buyback) and would purchase vehicles from Rand’s again.

Test drove a few vehicles. Sales guy gave me his number. I called and emailed. Never heard back from anyone. They must be busy.

Simplest car-buying transaction ever. No hidden fees, no bull. We found the exact car we wanted for a price we were happy with and Corbin had us in and out in less time than I can shop for groceries. They didn't use a single used-car-salesman line on us, and I call that a major win at any car lot.

I do not recommend doing business here. I went in because this dealership had a specific vehicle I was interested in. I asked them to do an appraisal on my trade in, they offered me $4,500 less than every other dealership in UT & ID. If you have a trade in, expect to be low balled.

This is going to be my first choice in dealerships in the future! I just bought a car from Rand's. I had never heard of this dealership until the car I was looking for popped up on my radar. I expected the same sort of dealership I've been to over the last week or so during my search, pushy salesmen, over eager, excuses galore; what I got was quite the opposite. They let me look at the car without standing over my shoulder, they didn't rush me, (if anything I rushed them) and they made the process simple. I worked with Corbin who was great. He answered all my questions patiently, helped me out on my interest rate as best he could even though I was pre approved and most importantly he facilitated me getting the car I love. I am serious when I say when I'm car shopping in the future this will be my first and hopefully only dealership I will work with. Thanks Rand's!

Overpriced, my credit union did not approve the loan , with perfect credit , because the car is over 4000k of the nada book value , dealer want you pay the dif cash , or they are waiting for people to buy cash , and not check the price, used to be a good dealer , now with 3 locations here in bountiful, they need to scam people, I guess , I was a costumer, never buy a car here again.

I despise car shopping. I get so tired of salespeople who pressure and are condescending. I'm also disgusted by the price listed on high mileage cars, thousands over high book. That is not the case at Rand's. Their car selection is the best I've ever encountered at a used car lot, salespeople are there to help and prices are reasonable. Used car lots would have a completely different image if all lots were of Rand's caliber. I'll start with Rand's for future used car purchases.

So I was online all week looking at cars I was interested in.... I found Rand's and was concerned because I had never heard of them before! So on my first day off we headed up to Rand's to check out the cars. We looked at the cars on the lot and they had three. I went inside and Caleb was there! I told him what I was interested in and he grabbed the keys! He took a copy of my license and I was off on a test drive ! The process was so easy and absolutely no pressure! Caleb handled the financing while we went back to grab a check! By the time we got back...financing was done and the car was mine!! Caleb was exceptional !! If you need a car this is the place to go ..and Caleb is the guy to get it done!

My family has used Rand's auto for a long time. My parents have purchased multiple cars from Rand's and we purchased a van and a truck early on in our marriage. My siblings and two of our children have also bought cars from Rand's. Our youngest daughter went to Rand's recently to purchase a vehicle and was treated so terrible by the salesman. It was very surprising. He treated my daughter and I like we were annoying him and we were bothering him. If you are planning on purchasing a car from Rand's, don't use Corbin as your salesman. Use Cayden. He is the one to ask for. Corbin should be fired. He is probably Rand's grandson and that is why he still has a job. I didn't hear anything from Corbin about the way he behaved. Nothing from Rand's until I left a review. It is too bad that they don't really care about their returning customers. Take my word for it and stay away from Corbin.

Rand’s was amazing! They were highly recommended to us, and they lived up to their fabulous reputation! I have never had such a good car-buying experience. We worked with Cayden Hurst, who I would recommend to my grandma.

I was the third person in my family to buy a car with Rands, and they have not disappointed us once. I worked with Cayden who was straightforward and very knowledgeable. They made the process easy and less stressful. Car was a great deal!

I'm in the market for a new used car. I have a budget in mind that I need to stick to, and I'm pre-approved with the bank, so I don't have to worry about getting financed. Not knowing where to start, a mechanic I know, suggested I check out Rand's Auto, which I did. Rand's Auto Sales is a family managed car business in the Bountiful Utah area. All cars have clean titles, and they come with a Carfax report. Caleb was the salesman assigned to me for the day. He is a really nice bloke, and has the patience of a saint, at least he did with me today. I told him what I was looking for, and he directed me to a few cars that he thought I might be interested in. In order to take the cars out for a "test drive" they need to make a copy of your drivers licence. As Caleb was about to do that, one of the owners said he "I'll just take a picture of your drivers license with my phone." I didn't like that, having a picture of my drivers licence with all my info on his phone. He said he would deleted it later, I hope that he did. Anyway back to the test drives. Caleb didn't ride with me, which I thought was strange, because any other car lot has someone ride with you, I'm guessing in case you steal a car, not sure why. I probably tested about six different cars. Each time I took out a car, I drove it around the town testing it at stop lights, stop signs, hills, corners etc they all seem to drive really well. I narrowed it down to two cars. I had to leave, but would get back with Caleb regarding my decision as to which car I decided on. The two cars I was interested in were from New York, they are lease returns. After giving it some thought I chose which one I was interested in, and talked to Caleb about the car. Over the phone I asked what the "out the door" price would be. That means everything including tax and licensing. He gave me a price that was just outside of the price that I told them I was looking for. They wouldn't budge on price, which is the sticker price. So for that reason I had to decline.
