The bump and lights were completely ripped out, dents in the sides, back up camera didn’t work, broken door handle, broken and ripped seat, and broken sun roof glass.
We dropped off the car to West Valley Collision and got it back pretty much brand new!
We won’t be going anywhere else for our car repairs.

“Jeremy with Empire Towing and tried several things to get my car running prior to towing it off to the service dealer. I felt he went above and beyond what i expected from my tow truck driver.
Since my car had a steering lock column safety failure (determined at the dealership later), we could not turn the steering wheel, nor put the car in drive. Jeremy researched where the Park Release was in the car and we were safely able to pull the car onto the tow truck.
Jeremy took a picture of where he dropped the car off at the dealership and texted it to me that evening.

I’d been trying for DAYS to find a towing company to move my old motorcycle to my new house… 5 no shows, 3 companies that said they’d call me when they were ready and never heard from them. I was wildly frustrated and running out of time. Called these guys, they showed up in an hour, waited for me to get there, towed me with ease. He was SO friendly, professional, knowledgeable… and an hour and a half later, it was done!! These guys will be my FIRST call next time I’m in need! Do yourself a favor, and save yourself some serious hassle… call these guys!!”

“Last week I was driving home from work when my car started acting up. I called my brother who is a mechanic to see what to do. He said I needed to have it towed back to the shop.I remembered the name of a towing company that our business has used and called them. They said they were backed up for a couple of hours. So, I called my brother back to see who to use. He reminded me that the sales manager with Jaak Towing had come into the shop to introduce us to their business. He was very nice and told us about some services they have that would have benefited us a while back. He left some cards for us and our clients.It wasn’t too long before we needed their help with two different vehicles. They were quick to respond and picked up the vehicles immediately.So, my brother gave me their number and said to call them. I called Jaak immediately! They told me they could be to my location within 15-20 minutes. They arrived before the 20 minutes were up.Pedro was the driver of the truck. He was very polite and took care not to scratch or damage the car. Once the car was loaded, I told Pedro that I needed to go back to the shop where the car was being towed. Pedro immediately started moving a few items from the passenger seat. He took my hand and helped me into the truck. Pedro is a true gentleman. We had the most wonderful conversation on the way back to drop off my car.Pedro took the same great care in unloading my car. Pedro is the best! If your car breaks down and you call Jaak’s for a tow, ask if Pedro can be your driver!Unfortunately, I was in such a hurry once the car was dropped off, that I forgot to give Pedro a tip.
