Our experience with this company has been incredibly disappointing. We’ve dealt with repeated delays and constantly shifting timelines, with each promised ETA turning out to be unreliable. What’s even more frustrating is the lack of follow-through on commitments—they provide new dates and assurances but fail to deliver every time.
The mismanagement has caused significant disruptions on our end, and we’ve been left to deal with the fallout. It’s clear that meeting deadlines and maintaining accountability are not priorities for them.
If you’re looking for reliability and professionalism, you may want to consider other options. This has been a frustrating and stressful experience that we wouldn’t want to repeat.

We were thrust into the crate world not knowing a whole lot about it. We received quotes from several companies and went with Wasatch based on their pricing alone, not fully realizing the quality of service that would come with it. Scott, Brett, James, and team have done an excellent job taking care of all our needs. Their service has been above and beyond, and fast. The included packaging layout and design services have been awesome and very valuable. They've met every date they've committed to so far, even with our rather aggressive timeline. Highly recommended.
