I would give a one star review. The first time I was in there, I was crying because my daughter broke her hip and I got told not to loiter, then yeah, a couple days ago, about 7 o'clock. I got yelled at for asking for uh, basket to put my food in and it was on camera. The owners came. Did they do anything? No, he's still working there. I go tonight. I checked my balance because he said he didn't charge me anything for 50 bucks and that it was no one Boyd it didn't work, I didn't do something right. And I was like, yeah, I did, and then I go and check my Eb T card, he ran me it 3 different times for 50 bucks. The woman there is amazing, but this young guy. No, and he won't even speak English at all anytime. I come in, unless he wants to yell at me for asking for a basket or yell at me for crying. And then he'll tell me I'm loitering, or I don't need a basket. And after tonight I've been trying to call up there, I have 3 kids, I can't just leave. I'm getting my money back. I'm never going to the 711 again. I'd recommend going down to fortieth street 711

Went in to get some tobacco products. Store was dead and the cashier was very bothered to even let me look at the product on sale. End up buying it and wasn’t given the sale price. Asked for a refund and told no. Very rude cashier. Don’t waste your money here.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I had the most awful experience at this store. I was given the opportunity to work here however my first morning working within 20 minutes I was let go. When I got there I was guided to the register and was given no more than a 2 minute rundown of how to work it. The owner then said I’ll be back in 10 minutes. I’m assuming it was his wife working with me, not teaching me anything, instead just reaching over me and doing it herself. Barely being shown how to use the register I clicked the wrong button. This irritated the woman and as soon as the owner returned 20 minutes later she was talking to him in another language obviously upset with me pressing a wrong button and he turned to me and said “ your just too slow so we are not going to keep you and you can leave”. Now I would completely understand if I had been working there for a few days and was properly trained, however I hadn’t been there for 30 minutes. I have never experienced such an embarrassing and discouraging encounter like this with a job. The people that work there are friendly to their customers, but not to their employees. So my advice DO NOT TRY AND WORK HERE. I hope this never happens to anyone again. Do better as people.

Meat was not cooked all the way the honey chicken on a stick wasn't so good ..
And the worker was so upset to re cook the chicken I ordered that the chicken was once again not cooked right

I had every intention on buying something but, went to use the bathroom first. I had to to grab my debit card from my car and i told him that he then just began to yell at me for not buying anything without giving me the chance to buy anything.

Workers are excellent but 7 eleven needs to make the tap option work, so that those with google pay can pay. Don't promote it if it doesn't work. I forgot my card and was irritated that I couldn't get my food

Ever since the new system update with the new pinpads, Google Tap Pay no longer works. Your system just says error. Even the 7/11 at the bottom of 42nd near Washington Blvd does the same thing.Fix your system, I'll bring my rating back up to a 5 star.
