I had an excellent experience with Caliber Collision in Ogden! Russ was amazing to work with. He kept me updated every step of the way with constant text messages so I always knew the status of my car. The communication was top-notch, and the repair work was absolutely flawless. My car looks brand new again! I really appreciate the professionalism and attention to detail from the whole team. I went to get my estimate with zero intentions of using the preferred shop the insurance sent me to. My car was brand new and I wanted to take it to the dealer to be fixed. When I arrived I didn’t even get inside the building before I was greeted by an employee to do the estimate. Russ, who helped me the remaining time, came out and immediately got to work getting the estimate and explaining things he could see that would need further attention once the car was taken apart. I was adamant for genuine Honda parts, and was assured that they’d get those for me. They could have taken the car for repairs that day, but I arranged for 2 days later. I was impressed by the customer service and understanding that both gentlemen had shown me, and also discovered that Honda had been run by one of them for years throughout our visit that day. As promised, Russ delivered text updates throughout the process and corresponded to my texts back. My car was completed a couple weeks before the original completion date and looks great! There are a couple settings that are different due to having to disconnect the battery, but they told me to run by and they’ll help me see where those settings are and get it set up like I want. And even followed up with me to be sure I got them taken care of. I have been super impressed by their customer service and professionalism. I hope to never need their service again, but if so I’d go back for sure!

Russ at caliber and his colleagues are awesome in every way. Very knowledgeable, friendly and courteous. They kept me well informed at every step and had the repairs completed timely with great results. I would use them again or recommend them without hesitation.

Getting in a car accident or having your car damaged is not a fun experience. However, getting your car worked on at Caliber Collision is as close to fun as you can get. The team there was exceptionally easy to work with, friendly, efficient, communicative, and very professional. I can't imagine a better experience, and the amazing results speak for themselves. They were honest, expedient, and under budget. I'm VERY impressed! Shout out to Russell in particular for his excellent customer service and repair skills.

The work they have done to fix my car is incredible — nothing short of a miracle. They didn’t just erase the damage on my car — they erased a physical reminder of the car accident, which has been a deep source of my trauma and stress.
Whenever I asked for an update or report, Caliber Collision would respond promptly. I appreciate how they returned my car without a ton of dust from repairs. I had also left some things in my car and nothing had been taken. I appreciate the care that extends from the outside to the inside of my car.
I am so excited to have my car back! It looks better than new and drives just as nicely as it did before.
