Trying to find a gym that is open during the pandemic and I call to get a "yellow?" and very short and unwelcome responses. Automatically off the list as a gym I'd want to go to.Edit: replying to the gyms response but I can't comment back so just editing this post. I'm saying when I called your gym the person who answered the phone said "yellow?" (Play on hello) that was it so I had to ask to clarify I had called the gym and from there all the persons responses were short and not helpful. Didn't even get to discuss if I was looking for something short term or long term, I was looking long term. I understand the pandemic has made everything pretty hectic and I'm sorry if I sounded indifferent to that in my review but customer service shouldn't fall because of it. In my mind that tells me how good the staff are, how well kept the gym is and equipment, if I'll get snapped out for plates ringing during a deadlift set. Etc. First impressions are everything and that just wasn't a good one

Wanted to become a member, think it’s awesome they are 24/7 even with all this crazy virus stuff going on. Gave them a message and it seemed there was little to no interest on their part. Their responses made me feel belittled and unimportant. I rather go to some busy gym paying 20 or so a month, than 50 and be talked to like that.
